The first location (Carpenter Bros Hardware) apparent had not properly prepared the truck that I had reserved, so I was delayed by over 30 minutes. I was diverted to another location that was farther away from the two apartments that I was moving out of and into.

Vehicle had just been returned just in time for our pickup. They had no time to clean it, but nonetheless, it was dirty outside and inside. Love the closeness to our house and previous experiences were great.
