The actual location that I rented from had some of the most kindest and understanding employees I've ever met through a U-Haul experience. I can assure you anyone that I care about will be renting U-Hauls from this location. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and I will not forget that.

Debra AEncourage return locations to be more gracious to their customers. If they return equipment within a reasonable time (less than a few hours), they should not charge the customer an entire addition day.

MARK CThe truck felt extremely unsafe, it was very hard to break. The location was average but there are lots of deceptive practices to charge extra for anything, also, the online checking and checkout are bothersome and invasive, the only reason to rent a U-haul is mostly the wannabe monopoly you have.
