Although the ruling lights worked, the driver's side brake and turn signal lights did not work on the trailer. They did not have the 12 moving pads I had requested and I had to scramble to provide padding for the packing of the trailer. Also, their is no spare tire on there trailers. Why not? I was well away from population center's and if I'd had a flat, it would have taken hours for roadside assistance. Something most customer's could change given a spare tire.

Devi RI suggested the surge brakes might not be working and was told the auto transporter doesn't have surge brakes just emergency brakes if the trailer was to detach. They had me park it back were it was so I'm guessing no one looked into it before someone else rented the trailer.
Ryan CBecause of the traces of snow from previous storms it was a little muddy but that was expected otherwise easy to return with quick equipment inspection h service.

Nate DAll the staff at pickup were very friendly! There was a system freeze and they handled it so calm and collected and knew the exact workaround within minutes. There's a shop dog and a shop cat, they're very polite and friendly and add a very home like feel. Plus they have some really cool stuff to check out with as well.

Amburly Cperson who took our U-hauls back was helpful but has a bad attitude, just because we were 5 minutes earlier than opening time.

Steven S1. Closes at 6pm (no way to drop off after that) so needed to choose an earlier time by 3 hours. 2. Stated did not have utility or regular dolly (adjusted cost accordingly, but had one in truck) 3. Was told would have 24 furniture blankets but was not in truck when opened at destination (adjusted cost accordingly) 4. Tank was closer to 3/4 full when received. 5. Did not receive standard “walk through” of U-Haul at hand off that other locations have provided to us in the past — believe this would take care of issues 2-4 listed above.

jaquan bThe guy on the lot was super helpful. The lady inside could not find me in system and said, "You're going to have to return trailer to Nebraska!!!" What??!!! That is her problem and not mine. Don't say that to somebody because you don't know how to do your job. I suggested she look up the number on the trailer. She said they can't do that. The guy from the lot suggested it later and she entered it and magically she found me and the trailer in the system. Terrible experience.

Robin HThey did not book the service correct. When confronted about it they were rude and didn't care. The girl at the desk was rude bossy had no business dealing with customers. I wouldn't buy a piece of bubble gum from this place because of her.
LARRY WAs part of my reservation, I ordered furniture blankets to help with the move. When I picked up the trailer, I was told they did not have them. My reservation was made several days in advance, so I find it frustrating to get there, and they did not have them. The staff was very friendly, but this lack of preparation did change my overall rating.

dennis gTrailer was it on my vehicle incorrectly. Trailer lights had a bad ground connection causing me to get pulled over twice. It was also unsafe and kept me from driving g at night entirely.

Joseph BStop sending me request to get my trailer hitch inspected. I have a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch that is well within spec to haul your largest trailer with my 3/4 ton Vandura 2500 I do not need to drive 20 miles to your closest inspection station!!!!!!!!!! I have pulled your trailers over at least 20 times with this vehicle

Tanya BThere was nothing wrong with the service we received at Woodard Mercantile. The most frustrating part is that we received the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. Shortly after receiving the truck we put gas in and it took $20 just to get to a quarter tank. We received a $5 fuel credit, but that credit did not actually reflect the amount of gas missing from the vehicle.

Ironic the location that didn’t exist in my reservation is the one they have me reviewing now. HORRIBLE customer service
