Lucio NThere wasn’t a lot of space to park the vehicle, I wasn’t even sure if I was putting it in the right spot for an after-hours drop off but was hoping because I tried to have it out of the way that it would be ok. This survey would not allow me to mark not applicable on the questions regarding cleanliness and personnel but it was an after hours drop off so I didn’t go inside the business or speak to anyone so both should be NA.

Joy SThe drop-off location is a collision repair store. Uhaul's choice of using any old store as a location is puzzling.
Mark VU-Haul did not inform me that their insurance does not cover theft but only damage to my belongings in the case of accident, nor that the risk of theft was so high (they literally have a division in their company setup to handle thefts). Ended up losing all belongings $30k in value! What made it worse was that Uhaul picked up the trailer before contacting the police, which made an investigation impossible. So thanks for nothing. Won’t be doing business with Uhaul again.
Stephen BJust an FYI, when I was done counting the blankets that I rented, there was only 23. I know I put them all back in trailer when I was done so I may have been shorted one.

James SReview won't let me submit without rating the location, but this was After Hours Dropoff, so we only saw the outside. Contract papers directed to use the app for dropoff. At dropoff, the app did not work, so waited on hold for the chat and was directed to the website, which worked well.
John NNot sure why U-haul only allowed me to drop off my truck at this location versus other, more capable (and closer) locations in the city where I was returning the vehicle. This location is not a full-time U-haul location and had very limited places to park the vehicle for after hours returns. That having been said, we were able to return the vehicle using the app for after hours returns and had no issues.
MARCEL FI never delivered the trailer to the drop off location because a tire failed and the trailer was not drivable and was towed away. We were left stranded by U-Haul

Bobby WWhy are you asking me to review a location? That is utterly pointless and does not at all reflect the service you "provide". If you expect customers to fill up the tank, you must provide them with a tank size. This is not a pay it forward situation, it's a business transaction. Your website provides zero information about the check-in process prior to the moment of exchange. Why am I expected to look up a youtube video on your service? Provide that information up front! Asking for a second form of ID or secondary contract AFTER having a customer upload their driver's license is equally absurd. The moment a reservation is confirmed you should be clearly stating what information is needed and where to submit it. I should not be struggling with your website while standing next to the truck I am picking up. From a customer service standpoint alone I will never use your service again nor recommend it to anyone.

Martin KI rented a 6 X 12 enclosed trailer. The only issue I had was lifting the trailer for hook-up. These trailers should really have a jack stand on them as the weight is more then one person should lift ( I am a very strong man).

James DI understand you make allowances for rates of travel but I only needed the uhaul for 24 hours and I wound up paying for 3 days I didn’t use. There should be an option of returning it sooner and getting some of your $ back
