The moving truck was clean but had no gas in it when I took possession. It cost me $90 to purchase 25 gallons of fuel at the cheapest gas station in town. I was only given a $16 fuel credit when I used less than half a tank of gas.

Great service
Kristy HSince this location was closed when we picked up the truck, I had to use the app to complete the rental. However, the app kept denying my location and I could not continue to complete the rental. Essentially, I was unable to rent the truck. I tried calling the U-Haul phone number but there was a wait time of over an hour. I was screwed. Fortunately, there was a man working at the location (I did not get his name) who called a U-Haul rep (Ken) and we were able to complete the rental over the phone with him. If not for them, we would have had a significant delay renting with the app or may not have been able to complete the rental at all. In the future, I will not rent a truck from U-Haul if the location is closed and I have to use the app to complete the rental as the app is totally unreliable. I rated this location excellent because of the men that helped me but I would not recommend this location as it is not always open.
