Review won't let me submit without rating the location, but this was After Hours Dropoff, so we only saw the outside. Contract papers directed to use the app for dropoff. At dropoff, the app did not work, so waited on hold for the chat and was directed to the website, which worked well.
John N.Not sure why U-haul only allowed me to drop off my truck at this location versus other, more capable (and closer) locations in the city where I was returning the vehicle. This location is not a full-time U-haul location and had very limited places to park the vehicle for after hours returns. That having been said, we were able to return the vehicle using the app for after hours returns and had no issues.
MARCEL F.I never delivered the trailer to the drop off location because a tire failed and the trailer was not drivable and was towed away. We were left stranded by U-Haul
