Since this location was closed when we picked up the truck, I had to use the app to complete the rental. However, the app kept denying my location and I could not continue to complete the rental. Essentially, I was unable to rent the truck. I tried calling the U-Haul phone number but there was a wait time of over an hour. I was screwed. Fortunately, there was a man working at the location (I did not get his name) who called a U-Haul rep (Ken) and we were able to complete the rental over the phone with him. If not for them, we would have had a significant delay renting with the app or may not have been able to complete the rental at all. In the future, I will not rent a truck from U-Haul if the location is closed and I have to use the app to complete the rental as the app is totally unreliable. I rated this location excellent because of the men that helped me but I would not recommend this location as it is not always open.

Randy BThere was nobody around who knew how to rent out a U Haul trailer when I came to pick it up at the prescheduled time.
Mike BI dropped off vehicle Saturday and was not due back until Monday so I did not have to meet with personnel. Everything went okay after drop-off. Was a little confused where to park it as the lot seemed full. Overall good experience.
Matt VThey were helpful, but not overly familiar with the return process. I did it myself with the phone/QR Code. Seemed like a very small side business for them, but they were very nice.
