4th time we've used Uhaul and no problem with truck usage, pads or turn dolly. Except this time. Anything is need to be more constant once an order is put in. That the Uhaul truck and everything with it is at the location scheduled. This time was bad. It got changed 3 times to a different locationDebra A B.

ALL your locations, including this one, over estimate the amount of fuel in the tank at checkout. In this case, they checked me out with 1/4 tank, but the tank read exactly between 1/8 and 1/4. I took a photo because I didn't have time to go back inside and have the checkout redone, as I've done the last three times. When I returned the truck, the original checkout person was out to lunch and the other guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. I didn't have time to figure it out.Theresa K.

While it was not the fault of the Drop-off Location personnel, I dropped off the 15 ft. rental, say 2PM on Sunday & Woodford's was not open. I tried diligently to complete the mobile(cellphone) check-in, but attempted it some 12-15 times. It could not locate me at that address. I finally gave up as a disaster. That app stinks! I was ready to throw my cellphone in absolute total frustration. Sorry, but that's the truth. I called Woodford's on Monday morning & Dave Woodford said that he'd be more than willing to take care of the check-in details. I'd say he went above & beyond to help me out as I had to be at work to do my job. His effort(s) were greatly appreciated & I also wanted to avoid the $20.00 fee for having the Drop-Off staff complete that task.Kevin B.

The truck was disgusting. I couldnt touch anything that wasnt sticky. The dash looked like it had weeks of dirt and grime on it. Went to fold down the cup holder and it looked like someone dumped out coffee or a dark soda and left it. Same with the fold down arm rest. The windshield was hard to see through. Looked like someone had a large dog in there licking the glassChris T.
Have the uhaul available at the location the customer requested. Also make sure the place you have the customer pickup the rental is actually open on the day and at the time rental is requested. Calling a day or 2 to confirm would be great!!! As we originally requested pickup in Menomonie and were told a few hours before pickup we had to go to eau claire to pickup at a location yhat wasn't open. We then ended going and working with the helpful folks at Woodford Auto repair. They were great!John W.

I place an order for the truck over a week ago. When I went to pick up the truck the dolly/ furniture dolly and furniture pads where not in the truck.. I had to pay someone else to help me with the heavy lifting since I didn't get my dollys I ordered. I reserved over a week from when I needed the truck to make sure I had everything I would possibly need.Edwin S.

There just happen to be a person who worked at this location leaving when we dropped the truck off. There was no where to park the truck except on the road. This person said that if we couldn't get the return completed online, he would check it in on Monday. I did not want to have to pay extra to get the truck returned.Thomas G.

A week after I dropped off the uhaul at this location, I was called by a uhaul personnel and was told that they can not find the uhaul and if I still have it or if I even dropped it off. I was extremely annoyed by the incompetence that I had to call the place I dropped it off to confirm that it was there. This took extra time and effort to try and figure out uhaul's mistake and misplacement.Emily K.
The man that helped me out was great! Unfortunately, the trailer had no power to them so I traveled from Anoka MN to Menomonie WI without any trailer lights.It was a very nerve wrecking experience and I think it's a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed. Again, the employee was very nice to work with and very helpful.DAWN D.
I called UHaul International to reserve my trailer. The woman barely spoke English. She told me I could pick up my trailer in Eau Claire, but when I received the email notice, she had me picking up the trailer in Aitikoken, Ontario, Canada. I had to talk to four different people to get this straightened out. The manager at Woodfords was very helpful, but your overall service was lousy.fred P.

The pickup was smooth. The problem is your 800 number agents!! Every single email and text was WRONG and I had to call multiple times for date/time /location corrections-and then the â€œnew revisedâ€ emails and texts were STILL WRONG!! I could not find the address of the place where I was originally told to return the truck. I did call the 800 number and a very helpful person changed my reservation so I did not have to pay the extra fee for returning it to the incorrect place. I would NEVER, EVER use Uhaul again!! I reserved a 10' truck in January for a date in May. I called in April and again the day before pickup to verify I had a 10' truck because I needed to drive the Uhaul 3+ hours home. Each time I was guaranteed a 10' truck and even received an email the afternoon prior that guaranteed me this. Upon arrival I was sent to another location and was given a 26' Uhaul. It was college move out time and since I had to have my daughter out of her rental home that day what could I do?? Had to take the small semi truck!! Try driving something that large around a busy college town as an inexperienced semi truck driver!! While loading up the truck the neighbor had a 10' Uhaul they had just picked up from the place I had made the initial reservation at and they had reserved their's less than 2 months ago!! POOREST customer service EVER!! The first customer service rep I talked to at Uhaul laughed at me. The second person told me that at least I got a truck as others had to travel up to 50 miles away to get a truck ~ AS IF THAT'S MY FAULT??!! and I SHOULD BE HAPPY?? Apparently the person who rented before me didn't get my Uhaul back in time. Well, maybe the person who made the reservation the earliest should get the Uhaul they reserved and not the person who rented it at a later date than me. OH, but they fulfilled their contract and they don't feel as if it's a bid deal! HUGE deal to me!!! Fool me once shame on you!! Fool me twice...WON'T EVER USE YOUR SERVICE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!! I will also be making a call to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Uhaul knows it's a busy time of the year or at least that's what the rep said, you would think they would figure it out, don't over extend and make guarantees you cannot keep!! I consider that as your company is lying. Your company makes false guarantees and is a poor excuse of a business!Kim B.

Have better parking for the big trucks. The space was VERY limited for parking as the smaller trailer and truck were parked up near the sidewalk, not leaving enough parking for the 26' trucks without creative parking and using the business next door's lot.Elaine V.

Dolly did not have brakes as advertised. It also seems that no-one in the U-Haul company can commit to a rental. When some one is traveling hundreds of miles only to arrive and be told "I don't know if your unit is here" or "it SHOULD be here" is unacceptable. When I asked about the 50 dollars they promise for a failed reservation they told me that is only if they call me that morning an say they have the unit. "That morning??" Really, what is the point of making a reservation with this company? This was the first and the last time I will do business with U-Haul.David M.
