They were super helpful and went beyond to help us with our truck! We needed to make a last minute change of drop off and they were eager to make it happen!!
Maria AOnly problem was not every location accepts drop offs. We may have been in a bind, but found the right place.
DONNA RThis is the best U-Haul location on King County's Eastside and may even be the best in the state. Good, friendly atmosphere with a clean office, great customer service, boxes, packing, furniture/appliance dollies, packing blankets, and tape available. We were able to switch up plans and get trucks with short notice. Easy check-out and check-in.

Brett CThe store could stay open until 8 or 9 pm. I have one complaint towards uhaul, I filled the gas tank of the truck right before I dropped it off. I spent $125.00 on it and I don't think that it's fair that I'm being charged for gas. I submitted the picture and it was full

Marilyn JI scheduled my van accordingly on the website for a 5:45pm pick up 4 days in advance and 3 hrs before pickup a lady called me and told me my van was given to someone else and repeatedly called me “honey”. She told m I would need to reschedule. I rented this van to help my son move into his college so he would have his belongings and a bed to sleep in. The unprofessionalism and customer satisfaction is a disgrace. After being charged for the additional miles, dirty van and having to locate another location, I can honestly say this UHAUL service needs better management.
Jennifer EThe U-Haul "check in after hours" web site did not work as intended. I tried both on my cell phone at the check in location and later on my home computer. Neither one would let me upload my photos and continue to the end of the check in process. On my phone, I could take the photos but not upload them. On my computer, I could upload the photos, but the site demanded "more recent" photos. So instead, I emailed the location office all the info and they checked the van back in the next morning.

Winfred CThis was the smoothest rental experience so far. We have rented a lot of vehicles and Woodinville heated storage was super convenient for us. They are also an excellent place to store belongings. We have used them twice for extended periods of time.

Paul HI used the truck for 16 miles as verified by the odometer reading hauling a 32 pound load (a patio table from Costco that was too big to fit into my car). I put in one gallon of gas before returning the vehicle. The attendant claimed that I didn’t put enough gas in the tank to return it to 15/16 of a tank. It should be noted that there is no such marking on the fuel gauge. He then proceeded to charge me for 3.3 GALLONS of gas. I checked the make of the chassis and the standard fuel mileage online and according to Ford, the estimated fuel consumption for the vehicle is 11-14 mpg. O matter how bad your math is, a difference of 2-5 miles total does not equate to 3.3 gallons at $6/gallon. Buyer beware, Woodinville Heated Storage will rip you off when you rent a Uhaul.
