The girl who help me miss led me !! I called to ask for a truck and she said she has a 10 â€˜ for $19,95 . When I went there I saw trucks and Vans out side with a signs on them for $19,95 including a sign on the corner property that said â€œrental for 19,95 She asked me to go out side and pick the truck . I did that and then she sent me back because what she meant was another thing , witch was a truck ID # then I said clearly to here what's the deference ?any way they all the same price . I picked the first one I saw witch was not a van and came bake with the ID# I finished the process and left . She never bothered to tell me that what I picked was a 15 footer truck. When I came back bake it was another girl who helped me to check out . When she told me that the rental was $29,95 , I wasn't happy and explained here what I asked for and that I was never told the whatever I picked was a 15' truck . So she gave me a credit and I left the store not before to long to face the original girl running after me yelling at and telling me to call U hall to find out that what I picked was a 15' , without even been reasonable to here my explanation she kept in a very rude demeanor to raid her voice and continue to remained me that she will change the bill and will change me 29,95 . I had a horrible experience with that location, it turn out to be a miserable experience , and I will disput the charges. ThanksYONI C.

I had a 10 AM reservation for a pick up truck for Monday morning apparently the truck was rented out on Sunday and still not yet returned in this location did nothing to get me another pick up truck and then to send me miles away to another location!!!!! Furthermore the only box truck you had to rent had a broken drivers visor was dirty inside was completely covered in bird poop outside the window washer did not work in the windshield wipers were old!!!ROBERT M.

Chris who assisted was very good. The rental had been dropped off by U-Haul at the location just prior to my pickup. It was disgustingly filthy! The location manager was not interested in discussing the vehicle condition noting that I should speak to U-Haul directly. Given my experience, I would neither us nor recommend U-HaulHenry S.

The truck was banged up, but all marks and scratches were identified with X's. The truck bed had a small pile of dirt and broken bricks which should have been cleaned out. The biggest complaint I have is with the App. This is the second time I tried to us the mobile checkin, providing my Credit Card number, pictures of my license, and all other information, but when I show up to get my rental, all the information is not in the system and I have to provide all of it again to the employee. This needs to be fixed or get rid of the option.Mark S.

Tank was just under 1/4 full, inside of cab had a lit of dirt, like from a garden or road project. Windshield was filthy. I expect better from UHaul! It's ironic because the location is a gas station and a car wash so they could have had a clean and filled truck ready for me.ELYSE S.

I showed up at 3:26 for a 3:30 reservation. When I told the gentleman at the counter I had a reservation he gave me attitude that they were closed and the last reservations was supposed to be at 3:30. I look at my phone and it says 3:26, I inform him of that and he says they haul system says 3:29... which I point out is still before 3:30. And as the contract said l. He hands be the keys and says it is in the back... I walk back and see no van, so I start looking in larger vans since I don't see any vehicles... that is when a lady who also works there with a big smile says, oh I will get it for you (she was the nicest part of the whole experience, she had a great attitude and was nice... but I was already in a salty mood from the grumpy guy at the counter. When the van pulls up it is covered in dirt and bird droppings. The bag of the van has a large torn open bag of furniture blankets . Customer service poor, vehicle dirty. Would probably rent from another location in the future.Andrew C.

The mobile checkout process was the most backwards and frustrating system I've ever experienced. We checked out the truck 20 minutes past when we rented it because it took so long (we started 10 minutes ahead of our appt so 30 minutes total to check in!!!). The program kept asking for alternate contacts or business names. We ran out of alternate contacts because it kept asking for another one! We were finally able to make someone work but she was our last option so thank god I guess. It asked for probably 5 people. The mobile process was supposed to â€œcut the time in halfâ€ but I doubt it would've taken 30 minutes to check in person (or an hour if 30 really is cut in half). Unbelievable. It was a TERRIBLE way to start what was supposed to be an exciting day. If anyone HAS to use uhaul go to a store and check in person, do not waste your time trying to check on mobile. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The people who work here are dishonest and awful. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The truck that was given to me was filthy. There were damages all over the truck which the employee (some guy in his early 20s named Alex or Chris who is as dumb as a bag of hammers but surprisingly confident in his ignorance ) refused to document on paper. Fortunately, I contacted Uhaul corporate customer service and they handled everything like seasoned pros and even gave me a refund for the terrible experience. For starters, there should be a sign outside the gas-mini-market that U-Haul is inside. My truck's window was not clean and although the truck was empty, there was a few pieces of broken glass on the floor. The truck (with 163K miles) rattled quite a bit and the steering wheel had too much play in it. I wanted to rent some dollies and found out there was no equipment available. Luckily I was then able to borrow a dolly from a neighbor. I never received any paper work when I picked up the truck and was told twice that I would get an email with the info (especially since I had no proof that I was the legal driver). Nothing ever came; however, since I received this email and the contract / receipt the next day, you obviously had my correct email address. Lastly, it was weird dropping off the truck, with no one there (other than a store clerk who took the keys with no receipt that I ever returned the vehicle). Luckily, it worked out; however, a little stressful / frustrating.cust G.

When renting from Uhaul I use the phone check in for convenience and efficiency. At the point of go find your truck- I was approached and notified the truck I reserved was given to someone else!? I was told I had to go inside and repeat the check in process. Once inside they were rude and didn't accept my credit card the same card I used 30 days earlier to rent a uhaul at a different location. Once settled. The truck was given to me w less than a 1/4 tank of gas- it was dirty- the air conditioning didn't work and overall just a bad experience!MICHAEL B.

Don't lie about how much gas is used. I get that we all need to make money but by your employees lying to make more money on gas is bad karma for your company. I made sure the gas was filled past where it was when I originally picked the truck up. I was still charged $25. I'll wait a week before I write a yelp review about my experience and spread the word to my friends that they shouldn't use uhaul unless they don't mind paying for gas they didn't use.Miles P.
I'm thankful that I was able to keep the U-Haul an extra day. But there were issues. First, when I got the truck, I requested a dolly and the blankets. They did not have that. 2nd, when I picked up the truck, the gas gauge she put was 3/4 tank & it only had 1/2 tank. I went back inside to let her know & she said to do the precheck link. When I got to it, it was expired. The lock on the truck didn't work, so it took time to unload due to security of our furnishings. I had to unpack while my friend watched the truck. Lastly, I believe I was overcharged for mileage. I traveled 4.5 miles each way to my new place. I took 5 trips plus picking up and returning truck to facility. 3.6 miles from my old place & 5.7 from my new place. I was charged for76.8 miles. All around there were issues. I will not use that place again. I feel there is trustworthy issues.Elisabeth P.
This was the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. From the initial web reservation system (where I reserved a truck only to be told later in the day that it wasn't available, so I had to pick up at another location 30 minutes away), to the fact that the equipment I needed for my move wasn't available - and I wasn't told until I picked up the truck, so I couldn't make other arrangements. I will never return to this location again. The truck size I rented - which had a "guarantee" to receive that size upon rental - was not the size I received upon pickup. I was not informed beforehand of the size change. There were other trucks blocking our path to pull the truck out easily when we went to leave. We had to fold in the side mirrors on a parked truck just to fit our rental between two of the parked ones, and it was still an incredibly tight squeeze. We also discovered a Tupperware container full of molding watermelon under the driver's seat in our truck. When we went to return the truck at night, the self drop off was not working on my phone no matter how many times I tried. I went inside and told the employee and he told me I just needed to give him the key and that was it. I said "are you sure? I was told there's a $20 fee if I don't complete the self drop off". He said no, just hand him the key and I would be good. When I received my bill today, there was a charge for the $20 fee. I already emailed your representative about this problem and I expect it to be taken off of my bill before I complete payment.Shellie L.

When I returned the truck the following morning at the same time I had rented it, I was told it should have been returned two hours earlier and therefore I was being charged for a second day rate plus second day of coverage.
