This was a last mintue move and Chris always takes care of me and makes sure I am not left with out a truck. The truck was clean and ready to go. Truck I rented was old and had change oil light on. The truck felt very unsafe. Also, the truck was in such bad shape that is barely went over 35 Mph. Overall bad experience.

This place did not have any parking so I had to go back leave my car and get dropped off. That is terrible. Then the truck's side mirror was broken and was covered in tape but it wasn't enough. It would fall while driving and I couldn't see.

In the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic you guys are unable to clean and sanitize your vehicles. A simple coffee stain in the cup holder was proof. Typical capitalist, pit money over the health of your customers. You should be ashamed. Low end.

The truck was parked in a back alley in dirt. There were drug bags on the ground and it seemed very sketchy the area. In addition the original pick up location didn't have our truck and we had to drive out of our way to pickup.

Don't lie about how much gas is used. I get that we all need to make money but by your employees lying to make more money on gas is bad karma for your company. I made sure the gas was filled past where it was when I originally picked the truck up. I was still charged $25. I'll wait a week before I write a yelp review about my experience and spread the word to my friends that they shouldn't use uhaul unless they don't mind paying for gas they didn't use.

I'm thankful that I was able to keep the U-Haul an extra day. But there were issues. First, when I got the truck, I requested a dolly and the blankets. They did not have that. 2nd, when I picked up the truck, the gas gauge she put was 3/4 tank & it only had 1/2 tank. I went back inside to let her know & she said to do the precheck link. When I got to it, it was expired. The lock on the truck didn't work, so it took time to unload due to security of our furnishings. I had to unpack while my friend watched the truck. Lastly, I believe I was overcharged for mileage. I traveled 4.5 miles each way to my new place. I took 5 trips plus picking up and returning truck to facility. 3.6 miles from my old place & 5.7 from my new place. I was charged for76.8 miles. All around there were issues. I will not use that place again. I feel there is trustworthy issues.

This was the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. From the initial web reservation system (where I reserved a truck only to be told later in the day that it wasn't available, so I had to pick up at another location 30 minutes away), to the fact that the equipment I needed for my move wasn't available - and I wasn't told until I picked up the truck, so I couldn't make other arrangements. For sure, this is the last time I use Uhaul.

I will never return to this location again. The truck size I rented - which had a "guarantee" to receive that size upon rental - was not the size I received upon pickup. I was not informed beforehand of the size change. There were other trucks blocking our path to pull the truck out easily when we went to leave. We had to fold in the side mirrors on a parked truck just to fit our rental between two of the parked ones, and it was still an incredibly tight squeeze. We also discovered a Tupperware container full of molding watermelon under the driver's seat in our truck. When we went to return the truck at night, the self drop off was not working on my phone no matter how many times I tried. I went inside and told the employee and he told me I just needed to give him the key and that was it. I said "are you sure? I was told there's a $20 fee if I don't complete the self drop off". He said no, just hand him the key and I would be good. When I received my bill today, there was a charge for the $20 fee. I already emailed your representative about this problem and I expect it to be taken off of my bill before I complete payment.


Customer service was EXCELLENT, everything was great. However, I had reserved a dolly and they did not have it. It was a very difficult move and the dolly would have been a life saver. I highly recommend this location specially customer service but disappointed that they did not have a dolly.


The van smelled of marijuana and the interior of the back of the van was very dirty when I picked it up.

The staff at this location worked with us on changing the truck size and date. Most appreciated. Very helpful. The truck Cargo area was clean. The can... not so much. The major issue was the noise of driving this vehicle. Everything rattled and bounced. It was deafening !!! And no shock absorbers what so ever. The most uncomfortable 70 min in a vehicle!

Truck new a tire. Took 1-1/2 hours for service person to arrive. By that time, my Public Storage office was closed and the carts were locked up. No way to move my belongings. I was told I would get a credit for the list time by the online service representative. Instead, I was charged for 2 days. Very unhappy! I'd love to speak with someone.

I rented a truck for 24 hrs. I have an email confirming the truck due back within 24 hrs. When I returned the truck the following morning at the same time I had rented it, I was told it should have been returned two hours earlier and therefore I was being charged for a second day rate plus second day of coverage. I intend to rent truck regularly and would like to request a refund for the second day rate charge.
