The entire process was very arduous. Initially, the Uhaul employee quoted us a price two times the expected amount. I then checked rates online and was able to confirm that the quoted price was way too high. Afterwards, the truck bed was filled with dirt and I had to sweep it to prevent my items from being stained. Lastly, when returning the truck, the same Uhaul employee insisted that I had driven the truck 300+ miles in the 2-3 hour window which I had rented the vehicle. After insisting that this was not physically possible, she noticed she had entered the wrong mileage into the computer. Overall, very terrible experience.

When I got there today, I was told they did not have the truck I reserved, even though I showed him my email confirmation; the rep there stated to me..."I am not Uhaul, I am 76 (employee) which was indicative of these kids today, they have no understanding, and he was reluctant to rent the truck he had on site, saying someone else's reservation took precedent....then I got the truck myself (wrong-he did not go out) and when I got to my location with the rental, there were uhaul pads thrown all over the back of the truck, no one at this location inspected this vehicle, but if you want to find lost pads, there were in the back of the truck I rented. This dealer should train their employees, as the person did not feel he needed to call uhaul to let them know he had a double booking..poor customer service

Uhaul is awesome. The best. Had an awesome experience with no hiccups. Picked up the truck at 10pm and returned it at the same time. It was fantastic. Clean. Air-conditioner was super. Drive around 400 miles. Was an awesome road trip. Some suggestions 1. The app is dead slow. Please improve it. It crawls. 2. There are so many software bugs. Clicking on check in DOES NOT CHECK-IN. 3. Moving help needs better uhaul integration. Time slots and appointments need better management. Battery died but was jump started super fast. It helped that I only stopped at service exits. And AAA was a huge help as well. They recharged the battery and it didn't stop after that.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I made the reservation at 1 location but it was changed to another (understandable)....however, the necessary equipment was not provided. Luckily we still got 1 of the 2 dollies we needed, but nothing else. I understand the truck reservation needing to change locations, but to not have the reserved equipment is ridiculous. On top of this, they tried to have us drop off the truck at a further location than the one made on the reservation. What is the point of online reservations if nothing is correct?

Chris went above and beyond to assure I was treated as a valued customer! At first based on the prior reviews I was scared so when my reservation changed locations last minute I was not a happy camper! However, he did everything possible to make me feel like a valued customer, despite the fact that they were busy and for that I am extremely grateful!

The manager was rude. I tried to explain to her when the truck was given to me by Carlos I was instructed to take a picture of gas and the miles. Which I did, Carlos handed me the keys and walked away. Never inspected the truck. When I returned the truck I tried to explain this the manager and she didn’t wanted to hear it. I was over charged miles because the photo I took before driving away of the miles did not match the miles on the paper. I was never told to let them know. I assumed by him telling me to take a picture that would be fine.

Get rid of that women that check me in. Nightmare on the return. The women was rude rude and more rude. I have never seen anything like this. I have rented from U haul before and have never been treated so bad. Someone needs to talk to her about her attitude fast then fire her. I feel sorry for the next person.

Everything was hurryble about this location. Very rude people. I had to go to a different Uhaul location to rent the moving equipment because they had none. Anyways at this second I ended up renting a second truck with a ramp there. Very unsatisfied with the Woodland Hills location.

I was charged for gas in error. I received the truck with 3/4 tank and returned it with 3/4 tank. Also I asked to pick up a truck that was a mile from my house but was rerouted to a location that added 10 miles to my route for which I was charged. I emailed the owner at the email listed on the invoice and called the location twice but have not received any resolution.

I ordered at least a week in advanced a 15 ft truck and when I got there it was not available, so I had to use a 10 ft truck. I was not happy because that meant I had to make more trips which made more mileage and more time and gas!!!! Chris was very helpful and very polite and tried to help as best as he could. But I was VERY disappointed the 15 ft truck was NOT AVAIL when it should of been there!!!
