I was charged for gas in error. I received the truck with 3/4 tank and returned it with 3/4 tank. Also I asked to pick up a truck that was a mile from my house but was rerouted to a location that added 10 miles to my route for which I was charged. I emailed the owner at the email listed on the invoice and called the location twice but have not received any resolution.

I ordered at least a week in advanced a 15 ft truck and when I got there it was not available, so I had to use a 10 ft truck. I was not happy because that meant I had to make more trips which made more mileage and more time and gas!!!! Chris was very helpful and very polite and tried to help as best as he could. But I was VERY disappointed the 15 ft truck was NOT AVAIL when it should of been there!!!

Great rental van and price. Two minor minor complaints - I had ordered a furniture dolly but only had a hand truck available. Had to make due. Also,when I returned the van in the morning the online details stated that the location was open at 7am. I arrived at 7:30am and the girl inside at the counter of the convenience store/gas station/car wash/Uhaul said Uhaul was open at 8am, (which was posted on the wall at the Uhaul counter). I went out and waited 30 minutes and returned at 8am, and the same girl then helped me with the return process. I thought I was waiting for the Uhaul employee to arrive, but it turns out she was the person anyway. Why couldn't she have helped me in the first place at 7:30am since she was there and the store was open?

Guy at counter was a little rude punk. Lied about fuel level. Had hard time fueling truck took me 15 min as the thing just kept clicking. I use this station all the time. I disputed the fuel charge. Will use budget next time.

They are trying to do too much at this location. There is a gas station, car wash, tailor, convenience store, and more. I showed up to rent the truck, and ONLY AFTER I signed in to take the truck (the clock is ticking) did they tell me that I cannot park nearby. I had to park half a mile down the road and walk back in order to get the truck (this took about 45 minutes extra, while the clock was ticking). AND they held the keys for another 10 minutes while I waited at the Convenience store cash register for someone to give me the keys (while the rental clock was ticking some more). I did not get out of there until about an hour after check-in. Similarly, I had to take all my own pictures and check myself back in to the rental because there was no one on staff to walk around the truck. This took yet another 1 hour of time to work out all the details and to figure out how to download the app and do check-in procedure.

Customer service was awful. The young gentleman (Chris Rios I believe), refused to print the paper work stating vehicle mileage, gas amount in fuel tank, etc. He was rude and dismissive when I asked about the aforementioned and when i asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, he said he was the manager and he would not “provide me with shit”. I was appalled by his behavior. He seemed to only be interested in a Middle Aged man who came in speaking Farsi (who drove a Bentley) to another older gentleman behind the counter. He was rude to another customer and wanted to act like a big shot in front of this man. Perhaps they do business out of the location. But it felt funny. I would never recommend nor return.

the attendant Chris Flores was very rude, unpleasant showing a total disrespect to clients, apparently he is to young to handle this type of job. He never ever mentioned anything about insurance or any other charges, I WAS SHOCKED TO BE CHARGED $57 ( he later changed to $47 after my intervention ) I had the truck for 3 hours and 9miles, the daily charge is $19.99 and mile charges $0.89 per mile, therefore my total charges should be 19,99 plus $8 on mileage and a $1 plus tax, my total should be a total of $31.77. If main office will not adjust my charges, I will call my bank to hold the payment until the correction has been made and that chris flores been disciplined and apologize . sincerely al perets

Wanted to put the u haul on a company card and was not allowed . License and card need to have the same name . I’ve rented u Hauls now for over 10 years , I’ve never had anyone say this to me . And they wouldn’t even credit and re bill the transaction . Horrible customer service - just lazy !! Wanted us to call in the morning BEFORE THEY DID THEIR BOOK KEEPING TO CHANGE THE CARD . Called in the after noon and was told it’s too late . How does this make any sense ??

Have somewhere for people to park when they are renting from you for a few hours. Parking was not provided so i had to scrounge around for a place to park my car while I was renting the UHaul for 3 hours...all else was good. Car was good and fee was reasonable. Just need to tell people in advance that there is no parking so they can make alternate plans.

It looked as if the truck was not looked over after the previous renters. It was quite dirty on the outside and there was a lot of trash on the inside - passenger side. Other than that, we have had great experiences with this location
