Zero Stars. The staff and manager at this location claim they are not a U-Haul location, that they know nothing about it, despite having a huge U-Haul decal on the main gas station counter. Resorted to checking the truck out via the app. Woodlawn still said they didn't have the key. Found it in the unlocked main cargo-hold of the truck. If your reservation comes up w/ this location, reject it and find another. Checking the truck back in via the app, had to talk the staff into accepting the key from me, again claiming they are not a U-Haul location.
