I was not informed of the proper protocol for picking up the truck at the Woodmar location. When I arrived, the company was closed, and I was unsure how I was supposed to retrieve the vehicle. Fortunately, I was able to call the phone number listed on the side of the business. A very nice gentleman answered the phone and walked me through the online portal, which allowed me to successfully retrieve the truck. While I appreciate his assistance, the pickup process could have been communicated and set up better. If he had not answered the phone, I would have been left without a truck. Providing customers with clear instructions regarding after-hours pickup procedures in advance would help prevent this situation in the future.
