DAVID KThe trailer was nice and clean, but it leaked horribly. I understand that it is not waterproof, but a bad rain storm came through while it was sitting in the yard and the water poured in from a large long area across the top. I rent U Haul trailers often and this was the worse I have encountered, and I encounter rain almost every trip. Previously I got one with only 16 PSI in one tire (I check these things) and loaded that would have been a disaster. So I am guessing that UHaul maintenance has become sparse or non-existent. I am careful to do my own checks where I am able but I expect the equipment to at least have air in the tires and a closed trailer to be reasonably water resistant. I suspect this is not the fault of the rental location as U Haul has dedicated maintenance people. The rental place has been great all around.

ARTHUR LI made a reservation online, but had trouble getting the phone app to pick up the reservation. I was late pickling up the truck because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to complete the rental without the app. I wish the website had made it clear there would be a human being on hand to pull up the reservation and complete the transaction.

JAMES UDolly that I asked to be included in the van wasn’t there, then they tried to charge me for it. The van is advertised as “$19.95” but seems lk thats the price unless you actually want to drive it anywhere, then its going to be a hell of a lot more.
Katherine SThe trailer had a tire with 16 PSI in it. No leak, once inflated it was fine. I discovered this when I started to load. It looked fine to the eye until then. I could not find any indication of proper inflation pressure on the tire, the trailer , on line or in the paperwork, just the maximum.PSI. This basic information should be readily available.The other tire was inflated to one pound below 65 PSI max when it was cold. The trailer was clean and otherwise good. Made the 1200 mile trip without a problem, towed well behind my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The service at this location was fast, friendly and excellent. Got me ready to go quickly and efficiently.

ELIZABETH DPlease forgive me, the rate posted is quite deceiving. I rented a truck for what I thought was 19:95 a day with all of the other charges ....it came to quite a big difference. Perhaps I did not understand the other charges but it is done. My things are moved and everything went well until I see the whole charge was right at $200 a day.

The original pick-up location did not have the equipment reserved, but regional management worked to find this location, relatively close by, with enough advance notice to accommodate any necessary change in my plans. At pick-up, the personnel were very helpful. Even working through several delays with the U-Haul online system, to allow me to pick-up the trailer and be on my way.

WAYNE HAdd bathroom facilities. The building & size of business led me to expect facilities - travelers may need them more than hardware customers. When I asked about bathroom I got smirky faced answers from 3 old goaty elderly keeping emen (I am 84 - fair for me to describe them) that facilities were not available. Suggest keeping this trio (family?) out doors on a back porch.

ROBERT JThe whole experience was smooth and without any problem. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and got the job done. The 5x8 trailer pulled smoothly, and indeed was not even noticeable behind my Rav4 Hybrid. This is the second time I have rented this type of equipment for a 1200 mile trip. Both times the trailers worked flawlessly and the people were helpful and got me ready to roll in no time at all. Thank you Woods Farm and Garden!

Mark RI rented a pick up truck. The truck ran fine and served its purpose, The truck was filthy with a dusty and smoky interior. Cleaning the interior regularly would be a suggestion. Despite the interior I would utilize this rental location again.
CRAIG MCheck engine light was on, determined to be the charcoal canister by the pickup location staff, and non-urgent. Still a little disconcerting to drive 900 miles with a rental with a check engine light on.
