truck was clean and all blankets were in the truck but i received a 50dollar charge

I reserved a cargo van and it was not available. The only vehicle available to me was a 15 foot truck which I found very difficult and stressful to drive. I would not have made the reservation if I knew it was going to be a big truck. I was very disappointed.
Kelly CI don't believe that the issues I had were with the location. They were very kind and helpful. I had a reserved a cargo van 6 weeks prior to my pick up date and it was not available. I was put into a much larger truck (15 foot) and when I called UHaul to see if I could get something smaller near me, they could not help me. I had also reserved a utility dolly and that was not available either.

Jerry sThis was the worst vehicle by far we’ve ended up with. We rented a van months in advance, we got there and they had no vans and put us in a truck instead. We weren’t notified ahead of time that the vans would be unavailable, otherwise we would have made plans to pick up from another location. The tire light was on, we contacted them and were told it was a sensor and it would be fine. It may have been the oldest truck on the lot. You could write your name in the windshield, it was that dirty. No lock on the back, we had to go buy one. The smell inside was awful. We need a safe, reliable vehicle because we are out late and night moving event rentals from venues to our studio. This one just wasn’t it.
