Truck was dirty. Could not read the miles on the speedometer to l know i was being charged the right price. speedometer didn't show miles The customer service was great. The process was very easy. But please do better in keeping your trucks maintained and keep clean. During this time..all your trucks should be cleaned before the trucks go out.Tonya M.

The van was relatively new and in great condition. It was a little dirty but nothing too bad. The lady checking me out and in was very nice and helpful. She made the prices quick and easy. I would definitely rent from here again.RYAN B.

Employee was very professional which made things go very smooth. My only gripe was not with the Woodyard US Fuel location but with the original pickup location Saint Barnabas Rd in Oxon Hill Md. that call me the night of to inform me that the truck was not available because the other customer needed the truck longer causing me to driver 10 miles out of my way to pickup at Woodyard US Fuel and to bring back for a total of 20 miles. Seem like to me the customer who went over their contract agreement time should of had to go to the Woodyard location and not me. Thanks be to God that everything went well for me.clifton M.

Pick up counter was a wooden or makeshift platform. I thought I was going to an indoor office/gas station/ or newer business. Hard to enter and exit the location because it's on a busy main street, and it was hidden in between two other businesses.Gayle J.

There was a mosquito infestation in the van. We were bitten the whole time using it. We were told there was no discount or anything she could do. She also didn't seem to care but said that they were cleaned everyday. From the looks of it it is not cleaned at all. Didn't even get the vehicle I reserved. Was told it hasn't come back yet and there was nothing she could do but was told I couldn't get the same one that was also sitting over to the side. Worst experience I've ever had and will not recommend that location at all.Rico B.

I checked in using my mobile device and when I went to pick up the keys, I showed the gas station clerk the check-in confirmation on my phone, but he did not seem to have a clue what to do. After about 15 minutes of waiting while he was reading and clicking buttons on the computer, he called his boss who guided him through the process. It turned out he only needed to give me the keys. A bit of a waste of everyone's time. When I returned the keys, the same clerk was attempting to rehash everything that I had just completed on my mobile, such as asking for photos of the odometer etc. This time I knew to tell him that I had completed everything on my mobile, but I could have easily been there waiting and redoing everything for another 15 minutes if I didn't know to tell him otherwise. Staff of authorized dealer locations need to be trained on process and protocols.Ashlee W.

Was contacted and told to come at 10 and not 9 because the truck was being returned at 9 and they needed time to clean and prepare it. Got there at 10, no truck, was told it would be there imminently. Asked if I could take another truck, told that was not possible. Made me wait 1/2 hour then gave me another truck. Not sure why they couldn't have given me the other truck when I got there to save time. Plus this location was 25 miles further south than the location I was supposed to pick up the truck from and although customer service (Chantel, who was very difficult to contact) told me they would add 50 miles to my original mileage limit, the record was never changed.Howard G.

The back door of the 9' cargo van kept getting jammed. We'd have to go in through the side door, climb over all the furniture we put in, and kick the back doors open. Definitely would not be renting from this location again, as they aren't taking good care of their trucks.Yoseph H.

The young lady that works there over charges customers. The truck that I rented the miles were listed as km. She does not know how to convert km to miles so she charges you miles which is much more than km. What was interesting, the young lady said the lady that rented the truck before me had the same concern. That is a red flag that the attendant did not know what she was doing. Lucky I spike with a very polite and knowledgeable unsullied rep on the phone and they refunded my money.Kristen H.

The rental pickup was in great condition. However, the truck was not wiped down inside and the back can of the truck was not cleaned out. The person working gave my husband a broom for him to sweep out himself. Also, my husband had to move around other trucks himself to get to the truck we rented.Robert C.
