The onsite Rep I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. The truck was not clean (previous user had left trash in the cabin and didn't sweep out the back of the truck). Also the truck had low tire pressure on both right side tires. I had to put air in the front right tire 2Xs, while using the truck. The trucks should be maintained better.

The 20 foot truck was not availabe. I would have appreciated a phone call so I could have made other plans.I wound up getting the 26 footer which is more expensive.

ALFREADA CThe vehicle was filthy inside and out. The tire pressure sensor needs to be fixed and there is something wrong with the side door that keeps it from closing all of the way. You have to fight with it to ensure that it is closed.
RONALD SService was great. Quick, easy. Truck could use some work... Damage to the BOX on both sides. Check Engine Light was on. Transmission was in rough shape.
