Attendant was not cordial helpful nor professional. When asked any question he curt and short. When picking up vehicle I was informed to place the vehicle only where I retrieved when returning the area was occupied by private vehicles upon he started a tirade laced with profanity not toward me but being bothered.

Ugo IThe onsite Rep I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. The truck was not clean (previous user had left trash in the cabin and didn't sweep out the back of the truck). Also the truck had low tire pressure on both right side tires. I had to put air in the front right tire 2Xs, while using the truck. The trucks should be maintained better.
