Two things: 1) First, the wireless truck sign in and return process did not work. U-Haul could not determine my location. I checked my settings twice and my phone was set correctly. You need to get that fixed! 2) Second, the location was basically a junkyard with two u-haul trucks and one trailer. The truck was fine and maintained well but the location was a mess of totaled cars and trucks.

Personnel extremely helpful. I was unable to locate the drop off late on a Friday afternoon and phoned this location. The owner worked with UHAUL to waive the change of drop location fee and met me at his shop after 6:30pm. After driving over 600 miles, I was very thankful for his help.

Not this locations fault, but the original location for return was Bluegrass Rentals. Bluegrass was locked up, and I had to spend 40 minutes on hold with Uhaul attempting to find another drop off location. Workman's auto, was easy to find, plenty of drop off room. No issue.

Pick up location was changed by UHaul three times. I ordered the truck and 2 dozen moving blankets, and the pick up location only had 4 blankets left.

The lady working was very nice but we stood in the office for about 5 min when we arrived and it seemed that nobody was around to help. We had to walk outside and shout for someone. Once we saw someone, she came to us and had no idea we were even coming or that we had a reservation for a truck. She was very confused by what she was suppose to be doing and it took a lot longer than expected to get the truck. Her being nice definitely made up for it but it should have been made clear to them that we were coming so they could expect us and have everything together.

The pickup was very easy. The owner knew his way through the paperwork and got it done quickly. He was a great help hooking up the trailer then checking the connection and lights. Would definitely use this location again.

We were not supposed to have a pick up at this location. We got a phone call at the time we were supposed to pick up that our pick up location had been moved. This was 25 minutes out of our way and a real inconvenience! The people we dealt with were all extremely nice, helpful and very professional.

The place I originally had rented from was closed do to weather which was uncalled for. The next closest location closed early (11am). Big inconvenience. Customer service helped me out,but it really made it tougher than it had to be.

Tim was helpful as much as he could do he even called the u haul two which that person couldn't do a single thing till Tim situated the problem. It took over an hr for this process to rent a vehicle trailer which I never had to do. I even had to tell about my employer, and requested 2 friends w their phone number which I NEVER HAD TO DO. I'm not disappointed with Tim I'm disappointed with uhaul rep who he called for help.

I scheduled my rental on your website. I was informed approximately 20 hours before my scheduled pickup that I would have to pick the trailer up at a different U-Haul location. While this wasn't a real issue for me THIS TIME, it could have been a problem because: 1) I never received a notification from U-Haul that the pickup location was changed. There was no phone call, no email. the only reason I knew of the change was because I called the original location and they told me that I needed to check online as to where my pickup would be. 2) The pickup location was much further away from my location and could have easily caused a problem in my schedule because it took longer to go and make the pickup.

My experience was better than I thought it would be. Everyone I worked with was helpful and well informed when I had questions. I will definitely use Uhaul over anyone else next time I move, and will highly reccomend them.

There was serious confusion around my pick up location. This was a one way rental originally scheduled to be picked up in Louisville, KY right next to my hotel, it was then moved to a second location (I did not receive notice until I tried to pick it up that morning) across town....upon further conversation....that location did not have a truck and I was moved to a 3rd location....being this was a 1 way rental and I did not have a car to get to the 3rd location so the moves cost me $75 in cab ride fees to get to the new location in addition to forcing me to start my move 2 hours later than planned.

I was charged a $14.00 fee - safe move - not sure what this is - was not told of it - need it removed ASAP please and am very disapointed whatever it is was not disclosed - neither my son in Medical School heard this disclosed nor did I so not interested in someone telling me it was.
