I had trouble getting my drivers license bar code scanned. I had to try several times before it was accepted. The previous attempts before acceptance were no different than the successful attempt. It seems to be an issue with the app.

The U-haul requirement to provide so many (3) phone numbers during pick up is invasive and excessive. U-haul already had my credit card information.
