My original drop off location told me they couldn’t accept the equipment and gave me another location to return it to. That location also could not accept the equipment and they recommended this third location. The lady working there was so nice and was happy to accept the U-Haul equipment. She even chatted with us some and welcomed us to the neighborhood. Great experience.

Not super friendly. Took 30-40 minutes to get a simple trailer because they didn’t know how to troubleshoot their computer system. I had to make the reservation for him on my cell phone. Then when I returned it the next day a bit over an hour late. I was charged an additional whole day as well as additional insurance. I understand it’s business, but don’t expect happy customers especially when you were not super friendly or helpful.
