the ratchet didn't work very well when tried to get it to loosen to get car off. took a bit. and never received the deposit back after the return of the equipment. but it was needed so I''m glad it worked and we were able to get the vehicle to a shopLilly H.

It was an ok thing to do for the first time. I DO NOT APPRECIATE FEELING CHEATED OUT OF 40 DOLLARS FOR GAS I PUT IN THE TANK. I WAS NOT REIMBURSED OR COMPENSATED IN ANYWAY LIKE IT WAS A GIFT....no... I am a grandmother helping out my family on a very low fixed income. I dont have 40 dollars to freely give a big company that has no issue taking people's money with no problem or compensation.angie R.

Well we reserved a 26' truck and we're informed 2 days before my reservation I got a message saying that they couldn't fulfill my order. This made it more difficult for us to do what we needed to do. So I would say, have what you need for your customers if they make a reservation a month in advance!!!GARY M.

The man was so nice. He used a forklift to unload the washer and dryer out of the trailer, and then into the pickup. My husband has had surgery and not supposed to lift, and his 80 year old uncle shouldn't either. Your employee went above and beyond.marty S.

Not screw me on the pricing. I reserved online and it said it was going to be 228 with taxes and all. I was charged 355. Called uhaul and the representative was hateful. I will never use uhaul againChelseaKeaton R.

Unfortunately because uh ail could not provide the equipment that I reserved 10 days in advance this move COST ME $250 MORE than it should have. UHaul dropped the ball on this rental and cost this customer money and time.RICHARD C.

Michael was very friendly and professional. I was traveling cross country when my truck broke down. Michael met me at the store after hours and helped me (he did most of the work) load my vehicle on the transport and then made sure that I was in a secure location while I waited several hours for my fiancee to arrive with her truck. Have the truck at the location where it was reserved, I had to drive 82 miles out of my way to get truck. I also did not have all my accessorys,ie furniture dolly,blanketsKEVIN O.
It was just a typical body shop. Although your site said it had 24 hr drop off when we contacted the location they said to just leave the keys in the uhaul if they were not open. NOT comfortable with that so we had to make special arrangements in our schedule to compensate for that.Jeramie H.
The only problem we had was that we had to drive 30 minutes from Vernon, Texas where we lived and had a U-Haul center to Quanah, Texas to pick up the truck. It was a slight inconvenience.RAYMOND G.
I had a bad experenice at the Childress store. I had reserved a truck there and the day before I was suppose to pick it up I called and the guy said that he wasnt going to have a truck for me. Rusty Freeze area manager out of Quanna came to my rescue and found a truck and made my moving experience a great one. I will only use him as my contact from now on.KEVIN F.

I was not told that just because I ordered a truck to be picked up in a certain town there was a very good chance that "I" would have to drive to another location to pick up the truck. I was not happy about having to do that at all even though I was given extra miles!!! I ordered the truck in Wichita Falls, Tx to be picked up in Childress, Tx but was informed the day before the scheduled pick up that I would need to pick the truck up in Quanah Tx. The Quanah site had nothing to do with this and he was exceptional!!!RICKI L.
