Robin SI was scheduled to pickup my truck at 12:00 June 25th. in Cordele Ga. When I got there they told me the truck was in Fitzgerald, GA. 65mi. Away. The pickup at Wosow Garment Care LLC was the only pleasant experience I have had with Uhaul. Uhaul sucks. Will never use you again.

Stephanie TAC did not work, check engine light was on when we picked it up, blankets and extra dolly were not included. Truck smelled of smoke and cigarette pack was found in cab of truck.

steve eMs Robin is a beautiful and pleasant woman. Conversation with her was very pleasant and professional. Because the next reservation for the vehicle was a day later, she allowed me to extend my time up to noon the next day. The only drawback I would advise is that I told her I wanted to pay out the difference with CASH because I had used the credit card/bank account on her file for the Security Deposit and first month's rent on the place that I was moving to. She charged the entire billing on the card anyway without calling to advise me of such. She had said we could settle up when I returned to town. She does not stay on the property during the business hours as advertised but rather is reached by phone to 'meet' customers at an appointment time. Other than the credit card issue, I had a pleasant interaction. I didn't even mind having to wait to meet her when she could get to the property. I just barely had the charge covered in the account she used when I had planned to get the cash from another account. I really wish she had called me.

Prudence BNot sure why I was charged $8.08 for 2 gallons of gas. The gas level on truck return was the same level as when I picked up the truck in Florida.
Linda CAt the drop off location no one was there I didn’t know what to do! I called uhaul I was on hold for 17 minutes when I got to talk to someone they was not very helpful at all I was at the drop off location at 947am I was there until 1020 am I called uhaul back and they finally got my truck checked in! The first time I called I got hung up on then I got a charge of 66.10$ on my card I did go over my miles by 50 miles! So it should have been 50$ I am not sure what I got changed for! I will never use uhaul again!

Jimmy BIt was a standard U-haul experience. The truck worked fine, but was dirty and reeked of smoke in the cab and cargo area. So that met expectations. The self-service pickup was good, but I had to go to the website on my phone to complete it because the app was buggy. Also met expectations. The location was sketch and nestled between abandoned buildings. Expectations met. Overall a 4-star U-haul experience. If it was nicer it wouldn't feel right, like a visit to Waffle House.

James HDrop off address was incorrect, the only U-haul location we could find close to the address did not have anyone there (office was locked) and no signs saying it was the correct company location (basically just found a lot with a bunch of u-hauls on it). Tried calling the drop off company and got voice mail that did not identify it as a U-haul company, appeared to be forwarded to a personal cell phone. Left a message and completed the online drop off. Had to call corporate line afterwards to make sure it was in right location and no extra fees were applied.
Allen SThe woman running the u-haul in Fitzgerald Gais super call her and she will bend over backwards to help. NOTE: U-Haul central telephone customer care is the worst I have ever encountered in over 40 years of dealing with u-haul. Hanging up on me or re-routing me or telling me "tough luck" is not what I, the paying customer, have to put up with.
STEPHAN FVery nice lady, trailer I rented leaked and ruined a brand new twin mattress along with a few other belongings! Could've saved the money and threw it in the back of the truck if I knew that was going to happen! Very disappointed
