The customer service was great. However, time it took to process information took up a lot of time due to technically the workers were using. The conditions of the building was very uncomfortable. The area was over crowed and hot. The wait time to be process application for the use of the Uhaul took a very long time.

My experience was great with the ladies I worked with but I do have a bad part. Saturday we worked until a storm came and had to quit do to heavy rain. Sunday we started again before daylight. When we finished we had a 2 hrs drive. Worked hard all day with me, a woman, and a 72 yr old man helping me. That's it for a family of 4. Saturday I got dehydrated . Sunday I got heat exhaustion so bad I starred vomiting. We worked so hard I was almost having a heat stroke just to get the uhaul back. We got it back late and the lady said there was no extra charges. Before we got home had a voice message from a man that said I owed X amount. Honestly I can't remember because of the condition I was in.so I called the lady apparently at closing she said to call or go online while still under contract. So I have been doing that since Sunday night. I have also called customer service and tried to chat to pay but no one answere either one. I used every bit of money I had to move me and my children. I struggling right now because of having to move, I am not asking for a haND out. I just wanted you to know I have been trying to pay to fix this to no avail so please don't charge me extra $30 just because I couldn't get any of your reps to take my money. Also the uhaul place is closed today or I would have gone there first. It is a holiday week so I assume the company must be on holiday.

The location was fine and the people there great BUT the overall experience has been a nightmare. I was double charged and nobody at Uhaul will make this right. I hope they are satisfied to rip off a single parent that works hard to support a family. Thanks for the rip off lesson. I won't use uhaul again.
