The truck was very dirty, including both the cab and the cargo box. The cargo area was full of old furniture pads and dirt. Additionally, water had somehow leaked into the truck, and several boxes I had stored in the "Mom's Attic" area were soaked. The location also did not have the equipment I had reserved, which made the move more difficult. I was told to check other U-Haul locations for the missing equipment, but that I would still be charged for the additional mileage.

The original drop of location was 809 Auto Sales but was unable to take the 26' truck I rented even though your company scheduled the return to this location. I would have gladly taken it back to the pick up location! So I'm driving a huge truck that I'm not completely comfortable behind through the streets of Allentown Pa and had to move it to a different location that was some shit hole desk inside a pizza place/laundromat/whatever else. The people at 809 Auto Sales (the original location were very nice). The lady at the counter was nice but the experience returning this truck was AWEFUL! It's raining this morning, I'm soaked and super annoyed.

The representative barely spoke English. She was kind, but the language barrier made the interaction much more challenging. The truck had someone else’s trash all over it. My reservation was updated multiple times with changed locations. It was incredibly inconvenient.

This is why you shouldn't be allowed to work in this country if you can't speak English. I was charged twice because I didn't return the vehicle before 3pm. However, I was never told I had to return the vehicle before 3pm and even though they never told me this, I was never refunded the 2nd charge. And I find that illegal for a company to refuse a refund because their employee didn't inform me of the return time.

This owner is an asshole He doesn't show up for the reserved scheduled time! Thank God the girls in the food place are nice and helpful! I had this can for two hours and am being charged $70! This guy's is the most horrible person to rent a haul from NEVER GO HERE

The U-Haul is inside of a restaurant. Could not find a worker while trying to communicate with non speaking English individuals. The gas tank was on a quarter tank. I wasn't going far but at least have a half a tank. I went to return the key and again could not find anyone again but somebody at the restaurant took the key. Thankfully my bill was accurate.

My original reservation was for 9am. I arrived on time only to be told by the connecting restaurant staff that the manager wouldn't be in until 10:30. Once the manager did arrive, he spoke only Spanish and I dpeak only english so our communication was off. When I finally got my vehicle the tank was on empty. No one inspected the vehicle with me upon receipt or drop off. I was handed the keys with a nod and a wave. There was no apology for their late arrival. I would NEVER recommend this lication.

I made a reservation to get the van at 830 am they weren’t even open until like hour later then reply that there was no reservation so I got the number that was provider to me from the website I was transferred multiple times or the phone and no answer finally I got a hold of someone and and I was extremely irritated at this point because when I realized there was no lift or or protected blankets that I paid extra for weren’t in the van so I paid for something I never received
