Cleanliness was nonexistent, I had to spend time of my reservation just cleaning out the truck before putting all my stuff in there because it was horrible dirty in there
Yendrel R1. Vehicle was over 30 mins late for my reservation and when I got it, it had no gas and was FILTHY. I’m talking a giant opened bag of nuts spilled all over, layers of dirt, someone’s items left behind…smelly. 2. Vehicle was returned the same day of pick up yet three days later I get a message being told it wasn’t returned. I sent a message that I returned it the day of pick up…and next thing I know I got an unauthorized charge of $80 for extra miles I did NOT drive. So what happened in those 3 days? 3. Called to dispute and no one has gotten back to me. This has been the worst experience I’ve had renting a vehicle from anywhere.
