I have use this U-HAUL Place a lot of times and have always been treated GREAT!
Dale WI did not see any employees as we dropped the key and contract in the box after hours.
LARRY MUpon arrival, even after completing online paperwork, we had to do verification of employment. This makes no sense, we used a credit card. It was 4pm and it was nearly impossible to find someone from my office. We finally called my parents to verify I was who I said I was. This is RIDICULOUS. You can buy a car with less hassle.

Daniel GI want to single out Nigel. I was in a time crunch and luckily Nigel was there early and had zero trouble starting the process. I was in/out with no problem. Nigel's positive attitude really stood out!!! He was courteous, friendly and extremely competent. I can see Nigel "making it" in LIFE!!! Kudos

ASHANTA MCouldn't get my final receipt after a day though the renter promised that he'd send it to me as soon as he checked the final milage. Tried calling again but kept getting voice mail after being promised I'd get it on my email.

Robert HNo Uhaul signage at all. The lot was a disaster after a recent snowfall. The attendant "hoped" I could make it out. I showed up for an 8am pickup which UHaul scheduled for me after 4 or 5 changes of location. Only problem is they didn't open until 10:00. The truck was covered in snow and buried in the lot so couldn't use the app. The attendant was very nice when we actually went back that night to pickup. The process with Uhaul themselves was not great. My reservation was changed multiple times over the week and I had to call and push back in some cases where it was more than an hour away from my house. I would give the UHaul corporate part of this 2 stars.

Lari TVery shady place - the vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas. The owner said I could bring it back full if I wanted to that would help them. I used a small 10 ft van that was fallen apart for 6 hours and was charged over $100 when I paid $45 dollars I have filed a fraud report against uhaul and this location. Stay away from this location.
Dustin HIncorrectly charged my account for extra day at a location that I didn't use for drop off. My contract stated delivery to Morehead KY which was completed on Nov. 11. Recently charged one day "extra" for a rental that was never on contract to deliver to this location.
JOHN WExperience was great, price was great. On the UHAUL corporate side of things, the app could be cleaned in this day & age, just being honest. I chose mobile check-in, and could have been more prepared for the process that was mobile check in, check out. That could be better communicated via email.
ERIC BThe owner has great customer service skills, and was very pleasant, but the guy that waiting on us wasn’t informative on the process of checking out. We sweep the truck out before returning it. Oh yeah the left rear tire has a nail in it, that we discovered before leaving the lot, glad we didn’t have tire issues.

SHARON AThe instructions were not clear where to park, so I parked it next to another UHaul in the parking lot next door because someone from the building next to the UHaul asked me not to park there. Also, the app kicked me out before I could finish uploading photos requested.

Shawn CSecond time in a row I’ve rented a U-Haul and at the last second the location changes for pickup and I have to drive further away than planned to get a truck. Then when I go to return the truck, the people at the return address are not there so I have to use the U-Haul app to process my return. Normally I wouldn’t care but the app sucks, it doesn’t upload pics properly and is slower than my grandma running up a hill. Customer service people are nice after I wait for 30 min on hold to finally talk to them.
Austin SThe UHaul app kept abruptly stop working repeatedly. It took an hour to finally get my truck. I learned if I kept shutting down the app, it would bring back to where it had previously stopped. I eventually was able to complete the transaction. Also, it did not allow me to choose no added insurance. When I returned the truck, there was rain storm. I had to take pictures of the truck in pouring rain. I will not use the app again and just get the truck in person in the future.
George SI wish I had known that I needed more moving pads. Of course the originator asked if we needed pads but we were ignorant. I wish he had suggested that if we were packing 3 bedrooms and couch, chairs etc we would have needed more. I guess some people would have thought that was pushy and he was trying to sell something... anyway I was content.

Stephen LI returned the trailer two days early. There was only one person working and they were helping another person. He said you can leave and would send a confirmation email. I never recieved my return confirmation. I hope he didn’t forget.

Kenneth DThe gentleman working was amazing. He was professional and kind. When we discovered a light issue with the trailer I was to receive he quickly found a alternative method to handle the situation and got me out on the road for no real additional cost. The trailer had a dirt inside which made my couch I was move get a little messy. No big deal though cause it was a last minute change and I didn't mention it to him during the inspection. I am sure he would have switched me again if I had. Amazing experience.

Lovevetta GIf a customer requests in person pickup, do not switch them to mobile pickup. It made the process frustrating. Also, if a customer requests a dolly or other item, make sure to include it. Furthermore, the truck should be clean on pickup. I shouldn't have to clean it before I can use it
William Supdate hours. i was lucky they were there. they aren’t open on mondays but they were cleaning so accommodated men love them for that

Yago LThe mobile checkin didn't work because the GPS wouldn't recognize I was at the location. Had to use the employee who happened to be onsite at the time. If the GPS could be updated to be "close enough" that would really help!! The employee, Nigel, was wonderful!!

Rose BThis is not a normal uhaul business. It is another business that doubles for uhaul. We have used them twice now. Once for pickup and drop off and then just for drop off after a long haul rental. The young man that works here is always friendly, polite and helpful. Surprisingly easy.
Terry WShow me how to install/remove trailer in case of return during non business hours. Called customer service twice. Once for a how to and the second time because app wasn’t working for self drop off.
lauren kMe experience was seriously affected by having to wait almost an hour to receive my truck. The reservation was supposed to begin at 4. When I arrived, there was no one on site to get the keys from. I contacted UHAUL and informed them of this so that it could be documented. A representative even had to call to figure out where they were and how long it would be before the location was opened up again. It was almost an hour before someone arrived for me to begin my rental. I was unable to return the truck by 8PM due to losing an hour and contacted UHAUL for a 30 minute extension and was charged for an additional day. I have utilized UHAUL for several moves and have never had this be an issue or had to bear the burden of a failed guarantee on their end.
Shantel BThe company that hosted the UHaul trucks were not responsive or helpful when we had questions. Also, the 15 foot trucks do not have 15 feet of usable space. The deck of the trailer was slightly over 12 feet. You should let people know they aren't actually getting 15 feet of space in a "15 foot" truck.

Latoia SPerson who was renting was not onsite. When we arrive the door was open and he was gone. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to arrive. Didn't have an official sign or credentials. Looked very shady. I assume I was overcharge for being 10 late but the 20 minutes that took us to get the rental where not taking into consideration. I assume that's the reason the bill was a little higher because I never received an invoice. Very unpleasant experience

Javier WSome person walked up as I was checking out and after having the trailer and asked me to move it. I said it is 600 lbs. and he said he would move it. He gave up and said some nonsense as he was walking away of I’ll figure it out tomorrow. He had no uniform or any work appeal just came from no where barking orders and then walked off.
Sean LFirst, I had mobile check-in, and the truck was not ready with all the requested supplies. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a dolly and pads on my receipt. I arrived at 8:59 for my 9:00 pickup and didn't leave until 9:20. At 1:40, your employee called and said he was waiting for me to go. He said I had to bring the truck back by 2:00, even though my receipt said 9:07; I didn't leave until 9:20 because my equipment wasn't ready. I also had to stop at another U-haul since I was losing air in one of the tires.
