Julie KI needed a one-way rental and to drop off at another location but there were no trucks available in the size needed. The U-Haul Truck was dirty and was in need of a serious cleaning. The transmission light stayed on the entire time of rental. I returned the truck fully fueled 1/2 tank about 3 hours after I rented it and there was no one on location. So I locked truck and placed key in lock box. I received a text the next morning asking if I needed to keep truck longer. My rental agreement states that I returned it the next day which was false. Rental agent was pleasant and informative.
