DAVID W.I was over charged, at that I was charged twice and it was over 200 dollars for moving neighborhood to the neighborhood over. I also opted out of the extra coverages but still was charged for them. Un happy and want money back please. Thanks
Braden H.I have nothing negative to say about this location other than not giving clear directions for where to put the key because there is no drop box. When I tried calling Uhaul I was on hold for over 17 minute before hanging up. The other issue was I ordered a truck from a different location and when we got there to get the truck, it was closed so I had to drive farther out and miss my pick up time for the items I was using the truck to pick up to get this truck.
