The agent at the U-Haul Drop-Off location was surprised by how low the ball hitch on my car was to the ground. The height of the ball hitch on my car is adjustable by flipping the hitch in the hitch receiver 180 degrees. The agent at the U-Haul Pick-Up location showed me how to twist the safety chains to shorten them so they would not drag on the ground. But he should have also shown me how to flip the hitch in the receiver so that the hitch and trailer tongue would be much higher and the safety chains would be more than one inch away from dragging on the ground. I had to stop several times to twist and readjust the safety chains to stop them from dragging on the ground (which I could hear). With the weight of the trailer tongue on the hitch, my hitch and the safety chains also scraped the ground when I went over uneven ground. Luckly, there was little damage to my hitch.

Christopher BVery small and tight drop off location (for a 26 foot truck with a tow dolly). We were instructed to call before we got there, but staff was unreachable. Eventually the line went straight to voicemail as if it had been shut off. I called the same number again while there, phone rang and the girl at the counter glared at me and said she'd been busy. Staff was also unknowledgable when we had questions. Ended up just filling out the drop off info in the app and hoped for the best.
BRENT YThe worst customer relations experience I have ever received. Arrangements were made to meet between 8-9 and when I showed up a few minutes before 9, nobody was there and a sign was on the door that stated be back in 5 minutes. No one showed up until 10 and it was thrown on me that it was my fault. I will never be dealing with U-Haul at Wyoming organics ever again!

Galen CA jack on the trailers is needed even if people have to pay for a lock for the tongue it was a pain hauling a trailer everywhere I needed to go after I was done with it for the day.
