I requested 24 blankets and none were available when I picked up the truck
Kirk FMake sure that the customer has the correct information so that they can do the check in on their own instead of someone else doing it for them. I picked up the truck on 3/4 tank of gas and that’s what I had put back in it so I got charged for that, that is very wrong.
Michaela PXavier was very helpful and accommodating with pick up and drop off of trailer. Will rent from him again.
Brian WI was given one drop off on paperwork, but was texted another to drop off. Looks neglected owner not there waited 30 min. Called to see when he would be at location, showed 10 minutes later.
Bette cPulled in after hours, the recieving agent was still on site and promptly checked in the vehicle.
JASON GThe business was not open like it was supposed to be at pickup or drop off time. When I call their phone number, it went straight to voicemail and said mailbox was full. No way to contact the business. The trailer was damaged also. I have photos of the trailer before I took it and when I returned it with the time shown on the photos.

Jacob HEngine light was on almost the entire trip. We were scared and had no choice but to keep going. We are still waiting for a fuel credit as the vehicle was picked up with almost no gas and had to go straight to the gas station.

david lVery disappointed that less than 24 hours prior to pick up I was told the location where I reserved equipment pickup was changed to this location. This caused me a two hour delay. This location did not have blankets, further inconveniencing me. The burden was on me to remedy these problems.
CRAIG Pclean the inside of cup holders. The shop where the units are is kind of rough looking. The proprietor was very nice though.
Charles BSelf checkout, did it over phone with manager. Did not want me to use app. Truck was dirty in cab and put. Gas was below E had 16 miles left on it Over charged for miles by at least 80 miles. Was ask to put in a 1/4 of a tank when return

Joshua RThe persons voice mail was full when I tried to return, went to location and it was closed, tried the website at my U-Haul and it was down, finally talked to a guy at U-Haul that said to drop it off and take some pictures and he would make a note, I did so and 2 weeks later got an email from U-Haul stating I never returned the trailer, then spent another 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone at U-Haul to get it straightened out, bullcrap
Brian TGoogle says the establishment is open but know one was there to assist in returning the truck. If you are a female and try to put the key in the drop box give the box a hard push upwards and it will open for you. I saw a dog sitting to the right of the property maybe he was the only person staffed to work that day.

Robert Sthe location was hard to get into due to all the leaves didn't know where driveway was. It was like driving into someone front yard. The truck had leaves in it. Had to rev up engine a lot because it was like it didn't want to go. Was surprised when told my bill was $178 when the quote on the web site said $98, paid it cause had no choice at the time.

STEPHANIE CEasy drop off. Lots of room to maneuver. May be difficult to see or locate area at night, but it was not an issue during the day.
Kirk LDid not have good cell coverage so was not able to complete steps that included pic. Owner stated was good though. I only had truck for couple of hours.
Belinda SThe truck was dirty. I had to clean the interior before my wife would get in. I have pics of the condition of the truck. I had no choice but to rent this truck as I had paid for movers and they were waiting for us at my house. SAD!!!
Joseph pI ignored some negative comments to give the local owner a fair shot and he was personable. I did choose the 24/7 self check-in: 1) the starting mileage was 6 miles over what the contract listed so had to upload a photo to change start mileage; 2) 2 min down the road "check engine" came on, the owner use a reader and cleared this; 3) learned I should check rentals closer, the box truck had blue greasy concentrate smeared in the back of the bed (moving a piano on a rainy day) which became incredibly slippery and tracking footprints in and out of the truck and house; 4) I clean out the mess to avoid any return hassle; 5) on return the App would not let me upload a picture of the mileage (humm?) so I took a timestamp photo, locked the truck and dropped key in the lock-box; 6) 2 days later I get the final bill, it reports 6 miles (just $6) more than my photo and less gas. It's the principle of the thing. Waiting for the area reps response. Choose accordingly.

Jason SThe vehicle was in poor condition. Seals leaked around the door letting in water. The tie rod on the drivers side, the bushing was completely gone causing very loose steering. The power steering was leaking. There was a large screw in the rear driver outside tire. . Vehicle was missing the gas cap and had 2 paper towels shoved into the spout. . Neither front turn single worked. Head lights were so weak we were unable to drive outside a well light road.

Michelle MIt was clean but it leaked when it rained and most of the things that we loaded in the trailer were wet and we had to leave out for days to dry.

NANNIE TTruck ran poorly (skipping and rough), one headlight was burned out, trash left inside cab from previous rental. The attendant at the site was fine but on pick up it was hard to locate him. He also did entire transaction on his phone and it’s unnerving giving your personal information when it’s on someone’s phone.
Dean CDrop off was fine. An actual uhaul place and there was a gentleman waiting to receive the truck. Still very unsatisfied with the experience, and definitely never using uhaul again.
Olivia NInside of truck was clean but it had an exhaust leak that you could smell in the cab and overall the truck was old and not in great shape. Very shaky and rough on the road.
Aaron SDid not have the moving blankets or dolly. Charged full price even though I did not receive these two items.
Ronda SI called this location to make a reservation and received a confirmation via email. On the morning of my pick up at the location I was told to go to another location with no notification prior.
Timothy HMy return process was simple I called the next day to confirm as my internet was not working to do so online. My issue was not will the location but the U-Haul Equipment Recovery Department. They emailed 9/11 the drop off was 8/29. The team acted as if they had reached out or attempted to contact me. Which they never did. We had all the information on the contract which no representative ever called either numbers. After submitting the information Hillary Alvarado then emailed and forwarded to 4 others saying they will further assist me. Not sure why they didn't just call the drop off location to confirm. My mother has cancer I flew out to help her relocate then drove her car back to California. We definitely don't need any added stress or anxiety which this mistake has caused. I received no apology just a final receipt 2 wks later. Please do better.

Vallery AWhen I went to pick up the truck there was no one at the location so I ended up having to do the online rental process which cost me a half an hour. The truck had the check engine light on.
KEITH CI self checked in the trailer at this location because there was no one there. There weren’t any clear signs on the road that it is a U-Haul place. I prefer to have an employee there to walk around and authenticate the equipment was returned in good shape.
David CGot truck at bare minimum fuel (1/4th a tank). Didn’t have furniture dolly, but substituted an appliance dolly for it.
Jason JThe truck we received barely had enough gas to make it to the gas station after leaving the location to pick it up. Even though in thr contract it says it has to be return with atleat 1/4 of a tank. The truck had no windshield wipers. Thank goodness it didn't rain and the truck broke down in my front yard just a couple hours later. And was there untill the next afternoon. I was told to expect a call within a couple days to talk to someone about a refund and of course I never heard from anyone. So not happy, not ever recommending this location, in fact we have friends who needed a truck and we purposely told them to stay away from this location. All of the trucks looked in rough shape.
John SAt this point I'm not sure what can be done. I believe there were some fraudulent charges added to my bill. I trying to figure out how to file a reimbursement claim.

Julio VPlease check the mileage when you rent the Uhaul. Our mileage was not correct but luckily I took a picture of the gas hand which happened to show the mileage. I would have had to pay extra otherwise.
Christina DDropped my UHaul trailer off at 3-3:30pm on 5/27/2022. My drop off was not processed until 8:46pm 05/28/2022. I was charged for an additional day of rental. I called to get my money back and have not yet received my refund or a confirmation email. Literally stole money from me. Do not use this location!
Tyler CThe wiper blades rubber worn off so when heavy afternoon down pour came down during move we had to drive extra carefully / slow to stay safe. Felt like metal on glass.
Irene MYour mobile app is not very user friendly. Too complicated. And keep in mind when I talked to one your agents she did little to help me. Just kept telling me to watch the video. You know how hard it is to watch a video on your cellphone and check in at the same time? I ain't easy....
