I had a conformed 7am pickup time - unable to get equipment till 7:45ish as nobody was there. Phone was forwarded to a number that wasnt answering, when the guy did arrive he was pretty cavalier and really didnt appear to have any care about time.

I have never paid this kind of money for a weekly rental. Very disappointed that there was never any discussion on price per mile versus daily rental. My last time using U-haul services.
LYNN MThe straps on the wheel tie downs are frayed on drivers side. Was very seamless to pickup dolly even though the attendant was not on location. U-Haul support was very organized and helped me through the process with a very timely response.
Robert BI didn't order "safe tow" insurance. It was automatically added. Also tires were completely worn when I got the trailer. I was worried so they wouldn't go flat. Lots of safety issues.
