The service was ok but the grounds were cluttered with vehicles and Uhaul equipment scattered all over. I wasn't sure whether I should leave the cargo van there but the owner stated he would send me the confirmation email for bringing it back. I got it the next day.

Gilbert RI had a conformed 7am pickup time - unable to get equipment till 7:45ish as nobody was there. Phone was forwarded to a number that wasnt answering, when the guy did arrive he was pretty cavalier and really didnt appear to have any care about time.
Matthew AI have never paid this kind of money for a weekly rental. Very disappointed that there was never any discussion on price per mile versus daily rental. My last time using U-haul services.
