Was very unhappy. Was not the person there’s fault. He was very nice. If all rentals took that long I would not rent again. Again it was not his agents fault. Check with agent to see what happened .

TARYN WI have made over 8 calls with issues and complaints with little to no resolve. I have asked numerous times for a manager to call me back with no luck. The issues started on day one at pick up we were asked to go to a different pick-up site- none of our order or request was there we still had to go to the original site to pick up blanks and a dolly. We have been charged almost double; we have been told numerous times it would be taken care of.
SCOTT WI have been a UHaul customer for over 35 years. Last week, I needed a trailer for an extended period of time (a week) and I was sent to an offsite location that was hard to locate. After locating the place, the facility had no one to assist me placing the heavy trailer on my hitch. I am in my sixties. The customer service agent was flippant and threatened to cancel my reservation if I complained further. Her name was Maritza Martin, Account Representative for "xclusiveautoaz.com." This lady was the only person representing UHaul at this location. Finally, my final invoice included insurance that I never requested. This was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. This lady does not honor your company in any way.

FNU WThe lady at the desk was very rude. She was on hold on the phone on speaker while helping me. Then I was told to put my trailer on myself. Luckily I rent a trailer many times a year and I know how to hook it up myself. I had to go find someone to make sure my break lights worked before I drove away and I was treated like I was in convincing their today to help me.
Megan VThe lady who completed the paperwork neglected to supply the contract number and had to get to the destination before I could complete an accident report because of that. I also asked for liability insurance on the trailer. It was not added, so unless my vehicle insurance will cover it I will have to pay for the repairs out of pocket.

Erica MThe gas situation was an incredible hassle. It's poor customer service to provide a truck with 1/16 tank of gas, then demand I fill it to exactly 1/4 tank when I return it.
