Describe where the key do off is located for after hours drop off. It took us a while to locate

Brenda MThe truck we were given, was unable to allow us to put gas into it so we had to return it and pick up a second truck. The person put in the wrong drop off location and the location in Colorado was telling me I was going to have to pay $300 if I dropped it off at the wrong place although I told them exactly where I wanted to drop it off. When dealing with the person in Colorado Springs on the phone, they were quite rude about helping me out and when you’re dealing with traveling and moving, you should not have to be treated rudely when you have done everything correctly. I’ve never been more disappointed with U-Haul than this experience.
