Nothing. Excellent in every way!
PHILIP GI rented a U-Haul truck and I was quoted $174 and I drove the exact miles to and from that I was originally quoted filled the tank up with gas brought it back clean and this jerk off who works at this place or owns it I don't know what it is charge me for Miles he said I drove which was like 300 miles which is the equivalent of driving from where I live to Pittsburgh!! When in fact I drove from my house to Harrisburg which is like 40 miles. He jerked me around and then on top of he charged me another $265 so what should have been $175 roughly turned into $600 he's trying to screw me over with that he already withdrew from my account! I've been trying to get this dealt with he has yet to contact me or email me and when I contacted the corporate office they gave me a reference number and they said that he denied my request because he I didn't have proof of with a picture I guess of the mileage which is total bullshit. Are you that incompetent that you can't keep track of your own miles and where is it stated that I need to take pictures of this stuff I wouldn't have thought from a professional company I would need to do something like this but I guess there's all kinds of people in the world trying to screw others over. I would never recommend this place this guy was a total crook and he came in wearing t-shirt and shorts and was completely unprofessional and is beat up piece of crap car. He's obviously trying to get money a crooked way and when it should be charged or whoever drove the miles previous that he can't prove that they did either but he's going to stick it with me or worst case scenario there was weren't even actual miles that anybody that I drove or they aren't actual real miles that he's saying where driven he just fudged the numbers. Don't ever go to exmobile U-Haul in Leola Pennsylvania they are horrible representation of U-Haul. This is literally like one of the handful of responses I've ever done online and that's how pissed off I am this guy is trying to screw me over and can't do the honest thing and charge me what I actually should be charged. What a pathetic piece of crap this guy is he knows what he's doing is wrong and he's still doing it anyway. That's my one and only impression of U-Haul so so congratulations exmobility and Leola Pennsylvania

He used common sense, which is sometimes lacking in the younger generation. I most appreciated that which is why I rate my experience as Excellent.

DAVID HWe didn't see the personnel as we used 24 hr drop off. We used the facility before and left something in the unit and they where happy to retrieve it and hold it till we had time to retrieve it.
EUGENE CSafety check the equipment. I rented equipment from here and the employee didn't lock the collar. The trailer crashed into the back of my truck!

Haven’t experienced this kind of superior customer service in a very long time. Services rendered just as explained and without any glitches. Will definitely return here for any future moves and highly recommend to others.
CURTIS SSuper friendly service. My only issue was that I wasn't present for checkout (he offered to just check it in and email me the invoice, which was convenient so I accepted) and despite not using all the miles I paid for with the rental (50 of which cost extra and then weren't used) and returning with almost a half tank extra of gas, the check-in details didn't note any of that and I paid the full original price quoted for the milage, which didn't seem quite right. Otherwise, though, service was great and the manager of the location is super nice.
Jeremy SThe truck was very dirty inside and out. I could hardly see out of the side mirrors because they were filthy. The truck cab hadn't seen any soap and water in all of its days. The truck was used for a long distance move and it was the worst driving truck EVER. Sputtering going up hill. Idling high when braking. Shaking at any speed. The truck needs some work done to it before anybody else takes it out on the road. It's a dangerous vehicle.
Laura EThis was the drop off location for us. They weren't their during business hours and I was charged a cleaning fee for trash that wasn't ours. There was no instruction for a key drop. I will call them and try to resolve this.
JAMES MThe drop-off location wasn’t open during the time listed on the website. I chose a location based on the proximity and hours of operation. I ended up having to leave keys in a drop box that wasn’t marked and had to call a number to locate. Charged for items that I dropped off and were present in truck. Owner at drop off location very rude and didn’t want to accept responsibility for his actions in operating a business that wasn’t open when they listed. Very disappointing.
AARON SThere are no signs to direct you to this location. There is no office. I did not receive a receipt for returning the equipment in good order. Quite frankly it looks like a sketchy operation.
John HCommunicate amongst your staff. Changing a drop off location should not require me to be on the phone for multiple hours.
WESTON RNo one was there to check in the trailer at 3pm. Called the number on the door. They stated they would check in the trailer when they got back. He saidJust park it in the back with the other uhauls. I did just that. I tried the online return. Took all the required photos, but kept getting an error. Tried several times. With no success, so gave up.. As of today October 10th, I still have not received a return conformation.
BENNY WWhen calling to reserve the truck I had indicated I wanted 1 dozen furniture pads. The person said that would be handled when I picked up the truck. At the time of pick-up I was told they only had 3 furniture pads. They offered to get pads from another location, but said it would be an hour. Also, the truck was very dirty inside and had clearly not been swept out.
RICHARD SThe pick-up, usage, and drop-off process were impeccable. The representative at the pick-up location conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and was exceedingly helpful.
PATRICK DThe women I spoke to Leah or Lea on 9/15 around 6:40-7pm had an attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Uhaul changed my drop off location from Xmobility which is the drop location I selected to the Columbia one which was 30min from the place I was at. Then when I asked to change it to where I picked up the uhaul since you guys already switched mine she said “ yes you’ll just be charged $19.95 plus the protection insurance” and I said but you guys changed mine without telling me and wanted me to add more mileage which would have me spend $100+. She then just changed the location to where I picked up the uhaul and said okay I changed it you’ll be charged. she then raised her voice and started cutting me off and saying “ this is what you asked for and you said no to the original drop off!” And after I spent over $200 and didn’t receive what I fully paid for, got harassed by two employees of yours and this drop off location was hidden as if they didn’t want us to return the keys and charge us more. Uhaul you better change how your employees treat PAYING customers before you go out of business. This was ridiculous, rude, and you lost a customer for life. I made a post on FB and got two reliable, fast men who helped me with loading/unloading so please know you are replacing by better and nicer people.
