Closed!!! Hard to find store front. Address pointed to wrong building. Walked around the entire shopping center looking for the location. Called number on door to only find out store was closed.

We showed up after hours to do a moble app pickup. There was not adequate cell service for me to use the app. i have ATT service. I had to drive across the street to find WiFi so I could do all the check out work with a Uhaul rep. The check out issues added an additional hour to my evening. I got a late start and this was frustrating for my help that was lined up and waiting. On top of this I did t have my furniture pads that were requested. I will not use uhaul again. When I need a small truck I will head to Home Depot.
Roger HIt took us forever to locate the keys. We followed the directions in the app and the keys were not where it said they would be. And all the trucks were unlocked, which is not safe and finally they told us the keys were under the floor mat, which also wasn’t safe being it was unlocked.
