Overall, I was disappointed in the U-Haul experience. I was advised 2 days before pickup of the trailer that it was no longer available in Amarillo. The service rep located a trailer in Dimmitt, almost an hour away. Because of this change, I lost 3 hours of moving and took 3 rocks through my windshield. The rocks and $500 windshield replacement was not U-haul's fault, but it should not have happened had U-haul provided me the trailer I reserved at the location specified. Very disappointed!Brian B.

This is not where I dropped ot off and now I'm charged for wrong drop off location. I called UHaul and explained that the place I needed to drop trailer off was not listed on web site. They told me that I could pick the location. I have no idea where Dimmet, TX is or why they charged me for not going to their location. I was in Huntsville, TX. Now having trouble getting a hold of of UHAul to get this resolved.Deamie M.
Make sure trailer reserved is actually available. I originally made a reservation for a larger trailer in Amarillo & was sent a text the morning of stating it wasn't actually available.Maria T.
When I got to the location I was told to leave it wherever and they would check it in later. I had to unhook the trailer myself. I did not receive a final email closing the loop on this until late in the week. Why did this take so longRODNEY L.

I was over all happy with my rental experience. The truck was very clean. A drop off box for keys will help future customers if they drop off the rental equipment after hours. But again I was satisfied with the service I received.Lorenzo H.
