This was the dirtiest UHaul truck I have seen. I used the furniture pads to cover the floor to minimize how dirty it was. Drop off area was very poorly lit and awkward to navigate.

The inside of this location was clean and the person who checked us in did a great job. That was the most positive part of our experience. Uhaul had graffiti on it, and it was parked in the pack of the building on the train tracks. The back of the building was unlit which seems unsafe when going having to go through the steps of the return process in the pitch black at 11pm. Again, the gal that checked us in did a great job.

Luke DThere was no one at the site when I came to pick up the truck. It was set up as a mobile pick up, which I didn’t know the keys were supposed to be in the truck which they weren’t so I had to wait for someone to show up to give me the keys.
