Be open on Sunday like other offices and have the truck available that was reserved! They tried to move our reservation to 3:30 pm instead of 7 am which I couldn’t do due to my house closing at 4 pm! Then instead of having one of your employees bring the truck we needed to the Rapid City location ( that would be good customer service) we had to drive 70 miles to Hot Springs just to find out everything had to be done online and I couldn’t get any help. I called several times because the site was not working. We were out in our car in 95 degree heat for over 2 hours trying to get the truck rented! Finally someone walked me through the entire process start to finish. I was told I would get a huge refund for all the inconvenience. I will be waiting.
Amanda DThe lady I spoke with was VERY rude when I called to ask why we were charged 237$ after paying 219$ when we initially picked up the uhaul. The uhaul was to be returned Thursday. We called the place where we initially picked up the uhaul and asked for an extra day which I was quoted $40. She was NOT helpful at all. I had to hang up as I was upset and did not want to say anything inappropriate. I called my debit card right away to dispute the charge. A claim has been opened and we are waiting on a response. I may consider taking them to small claims if this is not resolved.

SIMON JExplain it’s safe to use the cruise control. I didn’t use it at first as it’s how we haul our private trailers without cruise control. However, I learned over half way through the ease it is to use such even while van was in tow hauling mode.

BERT CI was renting a truck. They called and asked if I would take a trailer for them to the my drop off destination for $100. They agreed I could pull it behind my personal vehicle. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR MY SERVICES.

RONALD TWell, you could start off by giving the person the trailer they actually reserved. At the location they reserved it. So they don’t have to drive 100 extra miles round-trip to go pick up a trailer that wasn’t even the one I reserved.

Bill RHAVE ALL RESERVED RENTAL ITEMS IN THE SAME LOCATION. PEOPLE DON'T ALWAYS HAVE THE TIME TO DRIVE AROUND TO GET THEIR EQUIPMENT AND INSURE IT IS CLEAN, AND THEN GET CHARGED A CLEANING FEE AT THE OTHER END LIKE I WAs.
