THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH! FIRST OF ALL THE SIGN SAID THEIR HOURS WERE 10AM-6PM. SO WE WERE IN A HURRY AND NEEDED TO GET MOVING SO WE SHOWED UP A FEW MINUTES BEFORE 10. WELL, WE (AND 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS) WAITED OUTSIDE UNTIL 10:25 UNTIL A LADY FINALLY SHOWED UP. SHE CLEARLY SAW US STANDING OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, BUT DROVE UP TO THE BACK DOOR AND WENT INTO THE BUSINESS. AS I WAS STANDING BY THE FRONT DOOR I HEARD THE KNOB BEING UNLOCKED, BUT SHE DID NOT OPEN THE DOOR TO LET US KNOW IT WAS NOW UNLOCKED, OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE WERE THERE. AFTER A FEW SECONDS I TURNED THE KNOB AND WALKED IN TO FIND HER AT A BACK DESK WITH HER BACK TOWARD US. AFTER SAYING "HELLO?" SHE TURNS AROUND WITH A SCOWL ON HER FACE AND SAYS "WHAT DO YOU NEED!" I SAID "WELL, WHAT WE REALLY NEEDED WAS SOMEONE TO BE HERE AT 10AM BECAUSE WE ARE IN A HURRY AND HAVE PEOPLE WAITING FOR US THIS MORNING." TO WHICH SHE PROCEEDED TO RAISE HER VOICE AT ME AND THEN TELL ME THAT SHE HAD JUST DRIVEN BACK FROM ND, ETC. AND THAT IS WHY SHE WAS LATE. BUT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY. ONLY BELLIGERENCE AND RUDENESS. I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT SHE WAS THE OWNER AND IS SIMPLY TOO CHEAP TO HIRE ANYONE TO WORK FOR HER. WHILE WE WERE THERE, THE PHONE WAS RINGING OFF THE HOOK AND SHE IGNORED SOME CALLS, WHILE PICKING UP OTHERS AND MAKING US WAIT WHILE SHE WAS TALKING ON THE PHONE. IF SHE WAS NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN SHE WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY FOR HER CONDUCT. AND IT IS CLEAR THAT SHE IS MORE INTERESTED IN HER SILLY SADDLE AND LEATHER BUSINESS THAN SHE IS IN THE UHAUL BUSINESS. AND THIS LATENESS SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN WITH HER. ONE OF THE PEOPLE HELPING US MOVE SAID THAT THE LAST TIME HE WENT TO RENT A TRUCK SHE DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 10:15. I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF OWNER OR BUSINESS YOU WANT REPRESENTING YOUR BRAND AND I HOPE THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. I'M ACTUALLY SO UPSET THAT I'M CONSIDERING WRITING A LETTER TO THE EDITOR. IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER!

I had reserved a 6x12 trailer. Had a confirmed reservation. Performed advanced check in. With a tight time schedule, this reservation service seemed to be an ideal solution. 1 day before I was to pick it up, I was informed that a 6x12 was not available at the location I reserved it for. While an alternate offered location appears close, actual drive time would have added 3 hours and I had a very limited window with regard to time. I reserved specific equipment because I NEEDED that specific equipment. I was unable to complete my move and was forced to leave much behind. In this case, UHAUL made my move impossible and expensive. I expected to get the equipment I reserved. Not something that was unsuited to the task as hand. VERY DISPLEASED!

Not really happy with this service go round with the company. Called into the customer service number to try to get an extra 50 miles as a courtesy, was told no. Ended up putting $80.00 for fuel, and now have an additional $21 for the overage for mileage. Again, not happy with the service. and received the following email. email@example.com 9:46 AM (12 hours ago) No credit will be given at this time for fuel... The truck was rented with a full tank of fuel and that is how it was returned... Please pay the promissory note of $21.11

The first truck we picked up had a broken door. Store was unmanned so it was handled through the 800 #. Because of switching to another truck we did not get the blankets and dolly we ordered. We had to buy an expensive dolly at a hardware store.
