My step daughters uhaul was taken and we were not notified at all that a U-Haul location had it for a week, went through EVERYTHING, and we have still yet to get out belongings out of it but U-Haul wants my step daughter to pay it. Please someone call my wife atb7206509059. Thanks

When I go to pick up a rental, I expect it to be the same price as my reservation which it was not. I also was in the middle of returning the truck when they stopped checking me in to wait on another customer. I have my doubts that I will use uhaul ever again. The representative also stated that I will get a refund of what I paid and will get billed a different amount since I went over the estimated miles. Why can't I just pay the difference? This makes no sense. If I need to rent another rental in the future, I will go to Herrz Penske. You have lost me as a customer. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Truck has major issues , man who gave me truck at Y mart was not very nice , and gave my husband a hard time because we called to make arrangements with uhual instead of him directly to keep the truck .

I have been charged twice for the same u haul. I paid for the gas for 5 gallons and I drove 12 miles. Which either means that the vehicle gets less than 3 miles to the gallon which it shouldn't or I paid for someone else's gas meaning that the vehicle wasn't topped off.

The app was very buggy and didn't load a lot of the time. It was very frustrating when the page wouldn't let me submit a photo to get going with the truck. Often times I would click to the next page and then it would keep me on the same page but clear out all the information I had just inputted.

The moving help recommended by UHaul never showed up. My debit card was billed $195.95 and it sounds like it could take 3-7 business days to get it back. Here and There Moving is there name . Services were never rendered.

the Uhaul return would not work. It kept saying it could not find my location(to make sure i was returning the truck to the correct place) and kept saying i had to let safari have access but i did and have photos showing i followed the instructions. I tried to return it via mobile for an hour almost and still it wouldn't work. Uhaul charges extra for not returning it properly but if their app isn't working correctly, it seems unfair to be charged. I took photos of the truck and mileage and even screen shots proving i followed instructions.

Clean out the back of the trailer before renting it out. Have someone available to help back up to the trailer. Put the trailer in a more accessible location especially when someone calls and gives a heads up they are on their way to pick it up.

Once again the truck reserved over a week prior was not available at the reserved time. This affected the help we had set up and some could not adjust their schedule accordingly. So we lost half of our moving help. Of course the attitude of Uhaul that goes with it is that it's not our fault and there is nothing we can do about it and that is absolutely bull. in cases like that a person that has a reservation and is inconvenienced should be compensated in some manner but Uhaul's attitude is to bad. Awful service and I will look elsewhere in the future.

Location is at a convenience store/has station. The normal cashier was the U-haul attendant as well, so their time is split between the store customers and the U-haul customers. I had to wait a bit during the pickup process, but was not inconvenienced. Just something for others to know. Have a bit of patience and all is well. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would rent there again.

I had a reservation for golden Colorado and was told by your customer service that you won't have my trailer as promised. I had to drive an hour further in the snow to get the only trail in the Denver area according to your customer service. This happened to me a few ago with a 26 foot truck. I'm done with your company. Not having trucks or trailers as promised is a major disaster when moving

This location is a gas station, I drove the truck 15 miles put $8.00 in gas in it, in which 4 miles came after learning the rental location didn't have gas themselves. They charged me for gas and filling up this truck after I already put the gas level higher then it already was when I received it. They didn't perform an initial truck inspection to know exactly where the gas level was and I was charged an excessive amount by this location. Please look into refunding my gas charge as they did not hold to the agreement and over charged me for gas that wasn't used.

The mirrors were broken. They couldn't be adjusted without tools. There was trash in the cab. And the gas station was below par.

We had scheduled our U-Haul through your national customer service rep. We received a phone call a few days before we were supposed to pick up the U-Haul and we were told one was not available save one, in Delta, CO which was 4 hours away. Finding that hard to believe I called the Brighton location and they found plenty of trailers at the Northglenn location. Im not too sure what is going on with the national office but it should be looked int.

A tire blew out was not what I needed at 2:00 in the morning. It was a worn out tire when it was rented....this could have caused an accident. The overall effort to recover and get going again was pretty good.

This location doesn't have furniture dollys as advertised or trucks with ramps or locks. It is in a seedy gas station with a rude associate. I am actively telling people to avoid renting from Uhaul after this terrible experience.

The unit had to be swept out. The cab was sticky and dirty. The steering felt wobbly and Jerry when hitting a bump. Was not windy and had a pull. The front felt unstable. It was good on gas but glad it was a short trip.

The fuel tank was not full before truck pickup, there is no way an user can fill the fuel same level if the tank was not full before. I've filled it full, now someone will get the same truck with full tank fuel. Will U-Haul accept the truck with lower fuel level from other users? The answer is NO. Why the truck was not full tank when it was given to me? I feel this is a gimmick to cheat the customer. This gives U-Haul an option get extra from customer.

This is a hard one to answer. The clurck was definitely trying to do his best to get me set up unfortunately he was the only one operating the store. Which was distracting. The trailer had a tire on it that was completely bald and that was concerning since I would traveling on mountain passes and snow. All considered the trip went with out an issue.

The agent behind the counter never left the counter to inspect the vehicle with me. I did not look at the mirrors, and so I didn't notice the damage. The van was parked in my driveway and then driven to and from Fort Collins. I cannot think of a time when the mirror would have been damaged. When I returned the van, the agent walked directly to the mirror damage. It's weird to me.

The van was filthy. Pet hair on the passenger seat, longtime accumulation of dirt and dust. Dirty windshield. Right front tire indicated low - attendant said wasn't important. The store was filthy. Had to wait off and on to do paperwork as attendant helped steady stream of convenience store customers.

This location only carries a minimal amount of boxes. Only S, M, and L square boxes. I rented a van from this location specifically to move a flat screen tv and when I made the reservation using the 1-800 number I asked if this location had a box kit for flat screen TVs and I was told they would have it because they, "sell boxes". I ended up having to hunt down a location that did sell what I needed, while paying $.69/mile.

I've never rented equipment and was expected to put something back in a specific place, after arriving the clerk asked me to break down the tow dolly and manually push it back into their storage space and then I was harassed abut and 1/8 of fuel about 3-4 gallons because the gas needle wasn't in the exact spot it already had 3/4 of a tank full of fuel

Only issue that caused me to question this rental, was the one way rental took just three days. I had to pay for 5 days. Is 5 days the minimum rental days? Being 75 years old, navigating the web site was a little confusing for me. However, thank you for your service.
