The attendant said, that gas was not right..He said the needle was all the way on full, but it was slightly less. I told him shis, and he did not agree with.me. I went back to the gas station and he charged me more for mileage.It was a little more than., a half mile. She got me to out more gas in the truck, and then more for mileage!!! Not happy with the service.

Not the locations fault but the trailer was very old and the door was a pain and it got stuck multiple times.
Erik KWe got there and he had 1 piece of equipment out of 6 that we ordered! We had to drive to another location to pick up 4 furniture dolly’s. Luckily that place had them or we wouldn’t have been able to move! Online ordering is no good! It says they have all that you need, you go there EXPECTING them to have it, because it says they do and you are charged for it… and you get there, and they don’t have what you need.
Nina PIt was alright. I only went to this location cause where I originally selected, no one ever showed up & it took an hour to get everything redirected & set back up with a truck at this new location. I was a little sour from that more than anything.
Richard HQuit your fraud. I reserved online for $37 for 6 hours. When I returned I was charged more than twice that. No one asked me if I wanted insurance - they added it. No one told me I have to pay for gas - which was more than the $37 I expected. Nothing was even said verbally by the guy who rented it to me except "government ID?". When I returned it I was introduced to your scam. $92 but to check my email - neither the pickup or return were professional and neither pf them spoke audible english. My move was 3 miles away. So basically I am reporting this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I still do not know how much they put on my credit card. Email never came.
