Allow the gate to be able to accept a customer's code for 24 hours rather than till 10:00 p.m. People who are moving don't always arrive at the time you're open, so being able to access ones storage unit would be very beneficial

JESUS STruck was disgusting both inside cab and in the box. Cab smelled of urine. Interior was sticky. Box had sticky stains, dust and debris. Location was sketch, staff acted as if they had better things to do. Definitely would not recommend this location to a friend. In fact, this was not our preferred location. We reserved with a location in Broomfield, 1 mile from our home. Instead we get directed 10 miles away to a sketch location. With the cost of gas, this was unacceptable. Why does Uhaul allow you to reserve at a specified location and then move the pick up far away??
Paul YTruck was definitely USED and needed some attention. The man that helped us we couldn’t understand and trying to use the app was a joke
