There was an ice storm in progress. I had a scheduled pick-up for 1pm. The rear view mirrors had 1/8” of ice on them & no scraper was available. I had to use a plastic bottle from the trash to clear the mirrors before I could take the truck. The agent was very nice but I was not happy??

0 help. Finished the paperwork and the clerk waived a finger “your trailer is over there” never verified lights worked. In fact I left without lights. Had to correct myself before getting onto the highway

The computer system didn’t work at this location (which is a filthy and antiquated convience store). Yesterday, the place we were scheduled to pick up the van had a confused clerk who told us to ‘come back tomorrow’ when someone who knew how to use the system was there. Someone from Uhaul called me and actually asked me why I didn’t pick up the van from there, so she some for this new place. The van was dinged and dented, has loose steering and soft breaks. The van has 110,000 miles on it, so obviously Uhaul doesn’t care. Pathetic, and maybe dangerous.

I lost my paperwork. Gentleman helped me find my acct number and got the drop off changed to his location. Cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable. Wish I could remember his name. He had an Indian accent.

You don't need any improvements in my mind everything went very smoothly the gentleman that rented it to me was very courteous very friendly and I was overly satisfied I will go to you guys in a second when I need to rent or maybe to have movers help me move in a couple of weeks can you give me info on that

I appreciated their patience with me. I have dropped dropped a file cabinet on my foot and was late getting the truck back. I should have bought some kind of tie or cord to better secure the file cabinet on the dolly. I apologize for any trouble I may have cause to the owner of the truck and U-Haul in general. From now on, I will make sure that I have either bungy cords or something else to secure the item to the dolly. Thank you and have a good day.

Truck had leftover food from last renter. There were smokers ashes on floor and strong smell of smoke. When concerns about damage etc were raised, clerk seemed very unconcerned. Store clerk was not at all educated about insurance programs and coverage.

This complaint is not necessarily regarding this location, but the entirety of our experience. I called and reserved a tow dolly for my brother. It was an emergency situation, so as he headed to the rental place, I went to do the on line check in for him. The code I was sent would not work to let me check in, though I requested a new one about 7 times. I called customer service back to ask for help and the woman I spoke to had no idea you could check in on line and therefore had no idea how to help me. She did offer to find out how it worked once I convinced her it really was an option, but it had taken so long my brother was already at the rental place so I told her not to bother. When he arrived, the location did not have a tow dolly. He had to call and talk to someone else and had to go to another location. When he arrived there, the man at the counter didn't want to let him rent it, since his name didn't match my name on the account - even though I had made sure the customer service person had added his name in the notes to say he would be picking it up. My brother had to call again and get someone to say it was ok, but the man still didn't want to accept it. The man at the counter also didn't know how to use the computer and my brother had to literally walk him through the process step by step himself. It was really ridiculous how much of a hassle it was and how many people did not know how to do their jobs correctly. I hope you will provide better training for your people to make working with Uhaul a non frustrating experience.

I pre-paid for the trailer on line. I went to pick up the trailer and was charged an additional $11 The clerk could not tell me why and did not care. I tried calling U-Haul and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up

I paid online and then when I went to pick up the truck for some reason they said I owe another $1.85. The amount is not important, just irritating.

Truck cab was very dirty with donuts and wrappers on the inside of the door. Facility was okay and service was alright. Don’t think we’ll at this location again.
