There are only 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. I had to fuel the truck up before I could leave. The app to rent the vehicle is not user friendly. The transmission should be looked at. When driving on the freeway, the truck does not shift up easily. The tow/pull button did not work. I will never rent from Uhaul again. Donna Keffeler

The rental started at 9 am, the guy in the store shows up until 10:15 am, called at support service and they can't connect with the store by phone either. Don't understand how this kind of service still working.

The guy there was rude and refused to sell us the truck over and over, eventually only giving us the keys to an entire moving van instead of a pickup truck like we ordered and then locking the door behind us.

Although I rented the UHaul for about 5 hrs I was charged for 2 periods / days simply because my return time period was put as 3 hrs by mistake. For a 5 hr uhaul I ended up paying for 2 days. That was not fair from a customer service perspective. I will not be renting uhaul going forward if this process is carried out.
