The only reason I said no to personnel helpful was that it was a self-drop spot where you just drop the key off outside.

We rented this larger truck because we needed to seat 3 people. However, there wasn't a complete seat belt for the middle seat so we had to take an additional car along for safety reasons. The process of picking up the truck was more difficult than it has been at other Uhaul locations.

Jeffrey WThis pick up location was fine but I was very disappointed in the reservation/pick up process. I made my reservation on 4/22 to pick up a 26' truck in Castle Rock where I live. Ended up being directed to go 30min north to pick up the truck and then when I got there the 26' truck was damaged and it was the only one available within miles. Had to go with a 20' truck at the YS Mart location. This process was an aggravating start to my move.
