The lock box was very difficult to open - seems like it was probably a little weather worn. I had a hard time rotating the bolt lever to get to come loose I thought that I may have had a wrong combo but I kept working it. Maybe just a little WD40 would loosen it up

Siearra AWe rented this larger truck because we needed to seat 3 people. However, there wasn't a complete seat belt for the middle seat so we had to take an additional car along for safety reasons. The process of picking up the truck was more difficult than it has been at other Uhaul locations.
