JAMES SMore parking for trailers almost impossible to drop off. a fuel tanker was right in our way and every other space was occupied.
Gavin SReservation was made at a different location in town. Arrived at the reserved location only to find out that my reservation was actually somewhere else. My only problem with this reservation and rental experience was that I was not contacted prior to my arrival to confirm details.

blake wStaff was friendly and helpful. Truck was uner a quarter of a tank. I got less than $9 credit but took $25 just to get it over a quarter tank. Was told I had to bring it back at that level. Thought truck was clean but after removing window screen and cab heated up it smelled like smoke. Also found old Whataburger bag and Gatorade bottle behind seat. Cab shook the whole drive on all road types.

jonathan hUhaul was dirty inside the cab like someone spilled a soda all ivwr. I noticed the check engine light was on when i had alreadybleft the lot. This Uhaul needs swrious maintenance and shouldnt be put back on the road until that happens. It seemed ro have virtually no shocks i would equivalate it to driving a steam engine 60 mph. It also had a problem shifting in stop and go traffic and would lock out at 4500 rpms until i put in neitral and back to drive

Khalid RMuch easier approach than the Sheridan location, from both directions rather than one. The Sheridan charged me the fill-up charge even though, I did stop and filled it. I abided by the contract at the Sheridan location and they said no. At this location, it was a regular gas station. I asked the guy to watch the fuel gauge while I put gas in it. He did so and that was that. Pretty easygoing and friendly. The location on Lewis is on a tight street and difficult to approach and leave.

Mekyra AThe air conditioning was not working when I picked up the truck and worked only intermittently. The truck was clean. When I filled up the truck before I returned it, the gauge did not respond. It took 15 minutes to go from 3/4 to completely full. That’s unacceptable. I kept putting in more until it overflowed a bit trying to get the gauge up. I even called Road Assistance for help with it. Next time, I’ll fill it up normally, then go to lunch in until the gauge catches up, then pay for the gas.

Martyn BRob was great helping navigate the broken system. I kept coming up against a broken website. Perhaps it was on my end. Dunno. But yeah it wasn’t easy. I couldn’t even submit the final Milage and fuel level and the one submitted was for less than the gas left in the truck. It’s only a few dollars and doesn’t matter, butit’s the point of it all. I’ve yet to have an easy experience at uhual over the years.
Mike DGentleman I checked out with stated he did not have the moving pads, furniture dollys, or other dolly I had rented...he said I could pick up those items at the Archer location. I went to Archer and they did not have these items. I was still charged for them. I called the Area Manager Dennis Botts ...he said he would take care of it. He has not done so. Now he will not answer my calls.
James CThe truck looked as if it had been driven in and parked with no attention given. The windows were extremely dirty and bug splattered. Hard to see out. The truck box had leaves on it. Not that many but I still ended up cleaning it so I would not be charged cleaning fees.
