Truck Mirrors were broken. The passenger side mirror would spin out of position with the wind so I could never see anything when switching lanes. This was sketch as hell to drive. The door when raised would get stuck and not lower without a crowbar. I had to purchase a $40 crowbar to get the back door down. The guy I spoke with when checking in told me that he couldn't do any kind of discount for the problems that I encountered renting with U-Haul since he was just a dealer. I will use you again I'm sure but this experience was a safety nightmare and very dangerous. I'm pissed but got done what needed to get done. Please let me know what you can do for the safety issues encountered?

Anthony DDrop off was easy and quick. Very nice and helpful people. Zero problems. The rep gave us icy fountain sodas “on the house”! What a surprise treat after a hot sweaty day of unloading the truck! It’s a little touch that takes a great service to a memorable one. We would absolutely recommend this location and would come here again.
