The clerk was Very unprofessional he had me waiting while serving food to customers coming in he checked out 4 people while I waited for 20+minutes. Too rude 😡.

Justin HToo damn expensive
BRADEN FTruck Mirrors were broken. The passenger side mirror would spin out of position with the wind so I could never see anything when switching lanes. This was sketch as hell to drive. The door when raised would get stuck and not lower without a crowbar. I had to purchase a $40 crowbar to get the back door down. The guy I spoke with when checking in told me that he couldn't do any kind of discount for the problems that I encountered renting with U-Haul since he was just a dealer. I will use you again I'm sure but this experience was a safety nightmare and very dangerous. I'm pissed but got done what needed to get done. Please let me know what you can do for the safety issues encountered?
