Jason MOver charged for fuel and charged me a cleaning fee when I returned the truck the same way I picked it up. Sooooo inconvenient. I will never go here again. And the little lady customer service is so bad. I will be contacting better business bureau. Because there need to me a different person behind that desk. I looked on google maps and dozens of people have all be treated and did the same way. There is different some overcharge fraud. Please investigate this!!

ARTURO MCLEANING FEE FRAUD I'm sure, since I just found similar reviews with the same issue from this location. They charged me $25 cleaning fee, but I left clean truck. I did a video record of the whole truck after to prove anything. So when I saw this fee I was 100% sure, this location is scammer. I left a claim about the fee. Uhaul asked me to send proofs. Then I had a phone call from uhaul manager. He sent me a photo, what they sent to show "dirtiness". And it was the trucks tail, something totally ridiculous. The very end of the back inner space ramp. I would say nothing is wrong, but you can see 2 little spots (2inch diameter) of something. I'm not sure, dirt, old trace, mark, sticker leftover. No normal human will pay attention. Like, make a photo of a spot of any truck and then try to decide, what you can call "dirt" here. The uhaul manager decided that I left shoe traces there (what I never did). But he said It's not something to charge for. So uhaul reimburse me this fraudulent cleaning fee, what I'm grateful for. But I'm not grateful that I spent like 1.5hours total to solve it. So never go there. Or take really good photos and video of the truck (better with professional light and camera 😆) One more thing just in case. I saw a tow truck riding across their territory. So, never park at Uhaul locations.

MITCHELL LDelia was so kind and competent dealing with my mobile order despite some technical issues I had with the app. She is someone you want to work with as she is able to problem solve well. She made a difficult process so much easier and Delia has such a positive attitude. Will rent from here again.

Raul SPoor, unorganized service. I had to collect, attach and disconnect the trailer - with no assistance. The right turn signal gave out at inopportune times. Dirty trailer, made worse by the ridiculous craters, dips and holes in the drive area.

ALFRED JHi, please note passenger seat was filthy and gas was filled at 1/3 when picked up on Sat 06/29. Returned vehicle today and poured gas to same amount and the app charged an $16 additional. Grateful I was able to talk to Delma and provided evidence a photos from Sat/today, and my bank statement of recently poured gas, she was able help. Someone couldn’t overlooked and not noticed the extra charge. Bad business operations. Overall, these last two experience had a one off which leads me to a poor Experience. First experience had a cleaning fee taken from my bank but now is getting refunded after I reached out. Hopefully, customer service and quality control will change. keith sPut gas in the vehicle (not leave it literally almost empty upon pickup), maintain the vehicle (I shouldn't have to put $20 in small truck to go only 20 miles), and a warning "Service Air Bag" sign shouldn't be going off frequently on the monitor of dashboard as I drive....Scary!
ERIC CI was charged for an appliance dolly and moving blankets rental and they were not in the truck when I picked it up. It cost me more money and time to rent a dolly elsewhere. No one was at the yard for immediate assistance

STEPHEN WI rented a truck when this location was closed and made my pick up and drop off through the app. As for the location, only thing I can say is horrible and huge pot holes in their parking lot. Should be fixed. As for the app, horrible. Extremely time consuming. Having to enter every single detail I had already given to a rep over the phone doesn’t make sense. Then the app taking me back to the Home Screen after getting thru the entire process only to have to do it all over again because I was a couple minutes late for pick up. Taking pictures and taking so much time to approve. I don’t think I will ever want to rent again in this manner.

angel gWhen i got there for my 12:45 appointment, I arrived at 12:35. I was told hang on, let me see if someone is here to help me load because they might be out to lunch. I had an appointment. Then i guess i needed to take a picture of my license but i was having trouble with the u-haul site letting me upload it. She tried to do it for me after my failed attempts and she said she couldn't do it either, she told me to come back tomorrow. I told her i'm not leaving without the trailer, i needed it today not tomorrow. Then the guy hooked up the trailer and I drove off. My family member said the lights weren't working. I went to check and the ground wire was broken off the plug so i had to splice in a ground wire. Then i went to take the trailer back and the office was closed. The worker i found walking around told me to drop it myself. leave it, no check out. and i had to pay for all this. I guess u-haul motto is do it yourself and pay me.

Michael BDirty storefront that was unwelcoming only to be met by an unfriendly, rude woman. I’ve rented many uhauls over the years for moves and this place was the worst experience ever. She had the door/gate closed and yelled out to me to put the keys in the box and scan the QR code to self return the truck.
Bianca CClients are made to stand outside of establishment and are not allowed indoors. Woman in office said there was no-one to hook up trailer and to comeback in an hour despite having appointment. She became irate when told that was not possible. Trailer was old and had non working brake/signal lights, staff did not notify and gave thumbs up. Trailer had gaps in floor that allowed water in. Furniture got wet during summer storm. Trailer did not have a jack stand to hook and unhook, it is to be manually lifted making it very difficult to do alone.
MARTIN MOver charging for the trailer. I rent box trailer at least 3 times a week, including the insurance, usually come up to $41. But this location is charging me extra $12 on top of the $41. Very sketchy.
Aristote II used the phone to pick up and return the truck and it was easy and fast. The lot does need some repairs, but my overall experience was good.

Ricky Twhen i rented the truck there was papers from previous renter in the truck. i cleaned the truck before i returned it. i was charged a $40 cleaning fee afterward. not only do they not clean the truck obviously, but i’ve never been charged this before. total scam to get money. Also i was charged for 2 gal of gas when i returned the truck with more gas than i got it. another scam to get more money.
Scott BYour system has problems and the attendant at this location is not very helpful in problematic situations. I really went out of my way to be patient with her but then she just got angry and shut down and wouldn’t let me explain and try to figure out a solution together.
Anthony MWent to return the vehicle and the key couldn’t be dropped off as it didn’t fit in the slot of their welded key box. Spent an hour on the phone with ups support until they could get ahold of someone to see what to do. Didn’t help that the website was messing up all day as well to get and return the truck. What should have been a simple rental turned into a giant pain and I would not recommend again
