I dropped off after hours so I did not interact with any employee
Derrick BYarbrough was awesome. I had reserved pickup at 1410 E 7th, Joplin, MO the jackass behind the counter needs customer service training! Rude and not helpful! Said," I just work here" and wouldn't say where new pickup was. Your computer system also SUCKS! I received about 10 repeat emails, totally unnecessary spam, and none of them indicated a change of pickup location. The customer at dropoff ahead of me said, " For a multi million dollar company your computer system is terrible!" So it isn't just me! Overpaid clown show! Will try a different company next time.

Cynthia KI love this uhaul location! Staff is very friendly, inviting and very helpful. We absolutely love being greeted by Checkers every time we go to this location. The lot to park the trucks is big and always clean. Very easy to get a 26 foot truck in and maneuver around. It is down a bigger main road with not as much traffic so it makes getting in and out of the lot really easy. I would most definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

Douglas LAfter hours drop off, I called Customer service about an issue with the truck and was told the most they would charge for cleaning was 150 which I felt was reasonable. This location didn't call or anything and charged me 250 which is ridiculous. Poorly lit property after dark and hard to locate from roadway.

Jeffrey KTruck was damaged, headlight was taped on so it wouldn't fallout, with the blinker bulb laying loosely in side, steering was very dangerous the truck should not have been on the road, it was the worst rental I've ever experienced!
